This raises a hell of a lot of questions on Alarak's experiences.
Talking Fishbone Do Alarak's people use shields? He himself has a self-healing ability.
Talking Fishbone well he's probably referring to all the enemies he killed to heal himself, so he's basically saying your less adept at healing him than the people that are trying to kill him

Just one thing I need to point out is that he didn't listen to their experience/advice.
