Cool seeing the '63 Max Wedge car... Especially when its idling beside you at a traffic light stop... Oh the glory days of our youth ! Nowadays these are rare beasts around these parts of town , y'all have better luck chancing an encounter with the elusive Bigfoot !
There used to be a 62 max wedge 413 with the 13.5 to 1 motor in the Sacramento area were I’m from that used to do work on the street and track, all it had was headers and 10 inch slicks, beat all of us pretty regular , my six pack RR Friends LS6 chevelle and a 67 hemi gtx from concord ca.
The factory lightweight max wedge cars are incredible. Chrysler was at the top of their game and dominated S/S racing in the early '60's with those cars.
Music :
Got to love those old '63, '64 and '65 cars.
