    isn't this solutionizing? to identify the perceived problem and jump straight to producing mass solutions? where's the research?

      Design sprint is the research! Instead of spending weeks on researching and trying to figure out what the users need, you make an educated assumption, create a prototype and then go to the users to understand the challenges and opportunities in a much deeper way and in context.
      The design sprint is built on the idea that you already have a good understanding of the users and to make sure you do, you incorporate people from sales or customer care in the sprint.
      In this particular sprint we had doctors as part of the sprint team.
