You change them once a year. Under the grill.
Not sure if it's covered by your caravan service

Don't buy anything from Truma. Shocking customer service. I bought a Truma Aventa Comfort. The roof is the correct thickness for the unit but the rib spacing in the roof isn't compatible with the brackets. Spoke to Truma and they said talk to your local installer or dealer... Spoke to those and they said talk to Truma. Perhaps you should be called Trauma instead. Now I'm stuck with an AC unit that I can't do anything with.
