    The Avanta roof mount system is very efficient, but when the compressor kicks in it sends and oscillating droan/hum through the roof of the vehicle. Seems this is widely reported, but can it be reduced to acceptable levels?

    Does anyone know what error code 25 means on this controller? We get this code periodically. Turning the power off then on again seems to reset it at the moment but concerned this may not always be the solution.

    Absolutely useless boiler. Less than 18 months old. Serviced with a Bailey Official company. In the middle of the Derbyshire Dales. Spanner glazing and clock. Followed instructions still not working. Checked fuses all ok. Manual says nothing. People warned us about Truma Boilers being "buggy" but unfortunately we didn't listen. Hey ho.

    Hi, I purchased a new Truma Aventa Comfort A/C unit last November. Recently in the hot weather (first time really used) we noticed that the gas started gurgling every time the compressor cuts out. This goes on for some time. The system seems to be working normally. It previously has not made this noise. Is this normal or a faulty developing. Regards Peter

    Hi I have a very strange problem with my Truma system because all the icons from the panel disappeared Please have a look at the attached photos and video This is what I was able to check by myself : 1) all fusses are OK 2) reset from the control panel done 3) reset the Truma system itself done 4) there is 12 and 230v power in the caravan so microwave, cooker, powers sockets are working proper 5) Two fusses in the Tuma system on the mainboard are also OK The problem is that I cannot hit the water and caravan either via gas or electricity and all settings disappeared from the control panel Please tell me what should I do?

    So can I use the timer function to adjust the temperature up and down, or is it just on and off? For example, can I select a low temperature for overnight, and then an increased one for the morning and during the day?

    • @gliderpilot02
      @gliderpilot02 Před 3 lety

      I set the current temperature to 12 degrees , go to bed, and have the timer set 07:00 to 09:00 to heat the water for a shower, and room temperature to 20 degrees. At 9am, room temperature will revert to 12 degrees (overnight) unless I turn it up.
