@@Halfricanmj24 what he’s shown in terms of shooting is the equivalent of what Ben Simmons has shown every off season. I wouldn’t rely on him having a shot, nor do I think he needs to shoot considering he’s 7’5. I think Zubac is a good ceiling for him
A floor of Boban with a ceiling of Rik Smits seems like a fair comp.

The Lakers drafted this guy a while back named Zubac that totally fit what this team has needed for years now. I remember, they gave him away for nothing to the Clippers.

Def better than Boban ppl don't realise he is an all round Athelete ..Played Baseball /Hockey good cordination... a solid 300 lbs and a hard worker ..Teams might regret passing on Zach! He was in the top 5 in 3pointers in the combine !!! He never had to shoot the 3rs in NCAA !
I think the Lakers should trade back in the draft from #17. They can trade with the Knicks who have 24 & 25 or trade with the Bucks who have 23 & 33. And with either trade, id try and get D.Holmes and R.Dunn. 2 great role players who can produce for the lakers and will for sure get playing time

To be fair, Jokic and Luka have been called slow as well.
And just to be clear I’m not a fan of either of those players and also hope the Lakers take someone more athletic.
