I was getting the same msg when I wanted to add another google account, try to uninstall google account manager and google play services, basically you need to follow the same steps as the video, and log in to all your desired accounts in this step don't any other account for later cause once this process end you won't be able to add any google account unless you start the steps all over again

Yes it works but for me every time I open a google app it gives me a notification that the "app" will work after you have updated the google play services but the app works

If you've ever install the GMS before the EMUI 11, it work normally and so far smoothly run. I just updated my matepad pro to EMUI 11, and it work. Enjoy!
