- Yoo Villas by Panchshil Realty in Wagholi, Pune is one of the most luxurious villa projects in Pune. This video is a home tour of 5.5 BHK V2 variant of Yoo Villas. This project near Kharadi is just 7 minutes from the World Trade Center. The project houses an 8 acre Central Park along with a massive 65,000 square feet clubhouse with all indoor as well as outdoor sports.
Priced at ₹24 Crore, this vintage themed villa has a plot size of 13,200 square feet and the carpet area is 9,300 square feet.
