    Great video! What can you substitute for spelt flour? I have estrogen problem and I thinkspelt increases that.

    Can I ask why sparking water and will it come out well without it?

    • @TheSmoothGeneration
      @TheSmoothGeneration  Před rokem +1

      Sorry for the late reply. But the sparkling water helps the dough stay fluffy and softer. kind of like yeast. It is actually a yeast substitute

    • @kalinaharrison3080
      @kalinaharrison3080 Před rokem

      it also helps the dough to rise

    Ah tomatoes are acidic. Cheese is made from cream which contains Lactic acid if you put meat or any protean in it that's amino acids. There's bell pepper in it which are acidic. So would you please explain how a pizza made from primarily acidic ingredients has magically become alkaline ( base). Makes absolutely no sense to me

      it doesn’t make sense to you because you
      Failed to do your research and watch the full video before commenting with assumptions. (She never used cheese) she made her own cheese sauce. Amino acids/proteins derived from alkaline plants, seeds or fungus are not acidic to the body. And bell peppers just like limes may have acidic properties in nature but alkalinize in the body (unlike lemon for example) and same rule for certain types of tomatoes, some tomatoes alkalinize in the body, especially if you take off or mash down/liquify the skin as the skin is primarily acidic but also alkalinizes I’m the body if you use the right tomatoes.
