Fallout New Vegas mod New California Vault 18 Rx6600

Vault 18 where this mods story begins situate east of The Boneyards. One of the most prone to crash mod for Fallout NV but ill give it 3rd chance. Im patient. Fallout NCs graphics are same outdated like New Vegas. And i made mistake starting capture with AVC which is H.264 AND NOT H.265 AV1 which can compress videos. AVC really needed remove from Adrenalin options. HEVC and AV1 for compression.
