man, the thing about this scene is that people usually choose to kiss the first time, as a result they miss a very interesting (and cute) dialogue about the relationship between Nick and Abi and about him.
I wish this convo would not be locked behind a kiss reject. This makes Nick a lot more likable because he has a reason for acting the way he does. And when you recall the scenes where Jake is also involved Nick acts a bit different indeed. Also his actiuons right before he transforms makes more sense. His worst nighmare is really Abi disliking him because she thinks he is uncool.
Exactly! I also thought it was crazy that all of this was hidden behind the wall of not letting them kiss even as the second opportunity came I had to stay strong to get the full scene out of them, and I definitely agree with you on him fearing Abi disliking him.
Anyways when he was transforming into a werewolf, it's confirmed by his actor on his Instagram that he's not evil, the things that he said to her were all because of the infection.
It's a shame the two of them didn't have that much moments together. They seemed like a good couple. I think this one's my favorite scene of them. Espescially because of the background music.
Not just the moments but we also didn't see much of Nick I feel like he should've been on Ryan's position since Ryan never went with them to learn how to shoot the shotgun but Nick did.
You know, I think this scene has a lot more to do with their relationship, turning it into a real intimate relationship, not just a kiss and then God knows what? It's very important that a person learn as much as they can about the other person before taking these steps. These should be the last steps. Unless you want to create a "summer fling" relationship like our friend Jacob.
I 100% agree they really give you the option to just make them kiss and that’s basically it. Where as you can actually go further with there backstories if you let the kiss ride out a little more. It makes you like there relationship even more!
I don't know if you guys noticed either (probably yes, but for me it was mind blowing) but Abi was kind of responsible for helping Nick to be human again, since she gave the silver bullet to Kaitlyn which in turn killed Caleb, who was the werewolf that bit Nick at the beginning of the game. Wow! It is in these moments that we wish even more that there was a final encounter scene between the characters :>
That’s crazy that you don’t even notice it while playing, I can’t believe they couldn’t give us end encounters it would’ve made our choices feel a lot more like they had a purpose and they could’ve had lots of different outcomes for them as well!
Maybe in your playthrough. In mine, Nick brutally slaughtered Abi and it was Emma who rolled the silver bullet to Kaitlyn...to which Kaitlyn then missed the shot and got eviscerated by Caleb. I'm bad at this...

Well apparently this is the last intimate and extended shared screen time between these characters. I like them together and would advise to hold out for the kiss until the end. You get the second option if you don't call out to him when he's looking for her. Although, technically its not their final moment together the remainder of their interactions is sparce and short. no time for the stages of getting to know each other. In fact they don't get together at all. Even if everyone does live I've constantly read from these compilations the group just goes their separate ways. Which is realistic to be honest given the scary circumstances. I'd want to go home too. Sure a few of them do know each other very well but the only commonality they had together was seeing each other for a couple of summers as counselors that was it. I'd think after all that time they spend with each other the relationship wouldn't be so awkward but its essentially the same as work relationships. They didn't see the need to get close as it was more of a work and break experience. I'm sad to read that this is the end of their blooming relationship.

If you chose not call back you'd have second option to kiss after their conversation is over.
