Thanks for posting. I had to replace one for my niece and I was a little intimidated. After watching the video I realized it was quite simple. I had no alignment issues and it came together without a hitch... although it did rain quite a bit... #washingtonweather

Is it me or did you not show putting the trans cooler line back on? I actually watched the whole thing to see if you gave a torque spec on it.

I have a 2007 Suzuki XL7 3.6 and have to replace rad. How many hours should it take if all goes well?

Where did you get the crush washers for the oil cooler lines?

I recently got a kit of these with the rubber seals. They held up well under coolant and oil. Thanks for the feedback.

I've ran into a problem where the gauge isn't showing hot but the hoses are hot and the hose to the engine is lightly smoking. There's corrosion where it's smoking. I'm thinking it's not pushing the coolant thru to the radiator?. When I think it's one thing it could be something else. There is no trust worthy mechanics here, so my son and I are trying our best to figure it out.

I am not sure I understand the question. Is the car running and driving poorly ? Smoking out of the exhaust? If you believe the coolant isn't circulating , you may want to start with the thermostat , it would be the most likely culprit. The next would be the water pump. I have ruled out the thermostat simply by removing it from the housing. Also popping a hose loose should determine if the water pump is pushing coolant through. The smoking is odd , maybe a minor leak in the hose. You can also perform a block test and rule out the cylinder head. Thank you for your question , and I hope this helps.
