Robert Horry has a huge butterfly effect on the NBA. He was traded for Sean Elliott in '94 but the trade didn't go through due to Sean failing the physical. This resulted in the Rockets winning two titles with Horry who played huge role with them in hitting clutch shots in the playoffs. It also led to the Spurs getting Sean Elliot back in the summer of '94. Sean would end up playing a big role in the Spurs first title run in '99 hitting a game winner against the Blazers in the WCF that would propel the Spurs to sweep them. Spurs would win the 99 title which would allow them to keep Duncan as a free agent later on.
Horry on the other hand would go on to the Lakers be a huge part of their title runs only to eventually end his career with the Spurs and win titles with them.

Kenny sailors didnt invent the jumpshot. He popularized it. Instead the originators of the jumpshot belongs to John miller cooper, glenn roberts, and hank luisetti in the early 1940's

Maybe playing some small ball 3/4 before that was really a thing. 2. What if the 1994 baseball strike didn’t happen? MJ sticks with baseball? 3. cosgrove how did you make the lebron video and not mention how he demanded the games not be played during covid if fans were not in the seats. then took his struggling team and practiced with them all thru covid break. then when the nba is considering canceling the season pulls a 180* and says the games need to be played for the fans at home. meanwhile a team like the bucks that had been crushing everyone didny have any practices. middleton admitted to not touching a ball in months. the whole thing was shocking. the way he pulled that off. and kept his team ready while everyone took a long break. and it all happened because he said he wouldnt play without fans in the seats. insanity.

Super random but when quarantine first started back in March 2020 like most everyone else I was super bored and being that I was very good at football and baseball I wanted to get good a hoops because that’s a sport where you don’t need anyone to play with you to get better so sure enough I would watch all your videos and then I’d get all hyped to go to the courts with my friends and over time I got pretty good and those are some core memories that I’ll never forget not only that but the movements of basketball helped me get better at football which is the sport that’ll take me the farthest and for that I say thanks 🙏
