On Fridays they discount that color AND start removing that color tag before they open the doors. By the end of business on Friday, majority of those tags are pulled. I agree with you there. The only people who work at Goodwill fulltime and are paid an American liveable wage are the execs or store manager. I ain't bashing anyone who works at Goodwill. I'm saying the workers deserve more for their efforts.

I would literally cry from back pain, as I worked on those days. I was not told about the difficulty at hiring. In order to ask people to work this hard, you need to make it financially worth it. Minimum wage doesnt cut it. A customer recently dropped off a donation and said "You guys have the best rating so I'm giving this to Goodwill" I just laughed to myself. They exploit the poverty stricken and vulnerable as much as any greedy for-profit corporation. The people who literally do the heavy lifting are not considered for a cause of GOODWILL's goodwill.
