i would say for that rifle you are doing good, but my friend i could hear the hammer hitting the pin and you know that wont be good for long, so try a slightly different hammer setting till it does not make that metalic ding for happiness between the valve and hammer.
course knowing hatsan, and listening to you get 136-140fpe with a .357 i think there has to be a better airgun.
let me think, because my .30cal challenger pro gets that energy with a 110gr hollowpoint single load. and all the AEA .357 airguns get around 150fpe except the big bore and that is 280-376 and the elite big bore and that is around 250-270fpe. i think the hatsan sniper long .357 gets 180fpe but it too has a choked barrel.
you could get the sniper long and drill out the rifleing on the last 2 inches of the barrel and polish it in reverse , drill porting in those last two inches and polish the burrs off, find an end cap for a shroud and shroud the barrel add thick felt for baffleing and still have a longer barrel than that regular factor there.
smiles and a quieter airgun and an unchoked barrel, yay, but the time involved uggg.
      good video brett,

most of the group is right! adjust the scope! bench it and use a rear V bag rest with a bi pod on a bench!, a rear bag for the toe of the stock is a must!

after owner 3 Hatsan rifles Id say that's about as good as you will get. all 3 of mine had really bad barrel defects and it was the same defect regardless of caliber. My findings where extreme deviations in the land groove depth about every 7 inches down the entire length of the barrel. I found the same issue on all 3 of mine regardless of caliber. It deformed the pellet or slug to the point it was no longer concentric. the result is the projectile will start a precession that grows in amplitude with distance or time of flight how ever you want to think of it. This generally is hard to see at 50 yards but becomes dramatic at distance. This would explain the decent groups at 50 and the +5 moa at 100. It also would help explain the better accuracy at lower velocity at 100 yards. at least that my theory having gone through the same thing. If you have a scope cam capable of 240fps you should be able to see the spiral clear as day. One other posiblity is poor loading try single loading a few and see if you get the same result.

Almost hit 880! Bump something up a tiny bit and your set. Great shooting for a tri-pod!

Hi Nate! Thanks man. I don’t shoot off a bench because it would highlight how terrible I am. 😂 so I stick to the bog pod

When it comes to pellets 840 -890 fps is the sweet spot for accuracy, at least in my limited experience. That, and trying out a lot of different brands and weights to see what the rifle likes. I’m wondering how many different pellets you tested.

My first 2 pcp was HATSAN Pure junk. Made cheaply accuracy trash and didn't last a month. I was thinking are all pcp trash? Then I purchased AIRFORCE TALON Thousands of rounds later this gun is accurate powerful and made with love in TEXAS. I love AIRFORCE GUNS and for the 2 HATSAN guns I own that have been back and force with warranty repairs and still not working. They are now targets for my AIRFORCE TALON.😂

Hatsan’s r somewhat rough out of the box as u know. So 4 sure u need 2 run lots of pellets...
Maybe u can swap ur digital mano from ur blitz with the regulator mano of the factor. It could help 2 dial and stay more precise on the regulator. Furthermore stay away from nielsen for now as they’re not proven the best combo with hatsan?!
Then start of with a reg setting much lower, lets say 135-145, and work with hammerspring settings from min-max.
All with same jsb pellets. For accuracy work from lower fps (700) upwards. Remember that accurate shots and high fps/fpe are not perse and necessary correlated... Them moa fx guys r mostly card plinkers from the bench.
Finally u could always throw in some diy coated stuff 2 deal with possibly hatsan barrel inconsistency.
Also BB .cal had its focus on air rifle hunting with accurate high FPE at distant targets (30-70y)…not hoh crushing paper at 100y plus…?

Velocity shouldn't creep up with a regulator one possible reason could be if max regulator pressure is made up to 150 bar or 180 bar ND you set it up above its limit like at 200 bar then this happens you start with low velocity couse cannot maintain the high regulated pressure and then if you make quick shots it maintain the high regulated pressure and if you wait 2 minutes again start with slow velocity. Option 2 bended or not polished baffle springs/disks in the regulator and need to be republished and bend slightly more or buy huma regulator replacement couse they are best in business but then that chocked barrel I know 1 guy who is beating down all fx impacts with slugs at 100 to 300 yards with his hatsan bully. 25 and he had to slightly bend his barrel couse it came slightly bend out of the factory but chocked barrels shouldn't be good with slugs. Another option is to just buy Lothar Walther unchecked barrel and fit it to this rifle. This way, you will have budget precision long-range air rifle. But the price will reach the coast of AGT vulcan 3 HP and a lot of hassle work.

You should try the fx 68 grain slugs to see how high of an fps you can get. Maybe itll hit super sonic.

Why don’t you get a portable Caldwell table for under 150 dollars if you want to test accuracy, I feel a shooting table would be much better than a tripod, I believe you’ll get better and more accurate results, also try using a level or an mdt send it level to make sure your gun is level, it makes a huge difference when your gun is level and it seems your all over the place with that tripod and also looks like your targets are on a major angle, there’s definitely room for improvements on your shooting style

When you adjust the regulator, you have to counter it with the hammer spring tension. Try turning up the hammer spring more.

All I can see is Hatsan's regular problems. Maybe if you put another manufacturer's barrel on it...
I'll never go back to them.
