- This BRAND NEW regulated 357 cal pellet gun from Hatsan is simply amazing. LIMITLESS ADJUSTMENT for a paupers price tag. This this absolutely SMOKES the big names price point and SLINGS PELLETS like the best of 'em. Bluegrass Big Bore is the preeminent Hatsan source in the USA with literally the best service for these!
Macabespeed out of the box score: 8.2/10 - Zábava
I am loving the true TUNABILITY this one comes with RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Got mine from an amazing dude named Tom at www.bluegrassbigbore.com !
Super cool episode thanks MAC!
Thank you!
Great introduction review we definitely need another video with jsb pellets etc… keep em coming 👍
More to come!
This guy has an awesome vibe. Just subbed.
Thank you! Much appreciated!
Nice numbers out the box...good stuff Mac 👊💯
Thanks 👍
Another awesome video out of you, my man.. Always bringing it to us, Raw and uncut.
Lying by omission is something ILL NEVER DO TO YOU GUYS! Always show the real thing right? i really appreciate the comments and support!
@macabespeed keep up all your hard work my man. Were all here for you broseph
Awesome showing mack .. i have had great results with hatsan and ive had some heartbreaks ... Their big bore weapons are no joke ... Definitely need the blitz in a bigger cal with more fpe ...
cant agree more
Flash old lineup and vectis was the best across the board.. price power easy to fill and Accurate
Very nice clip man as always'i hope i see this rifle in europe ..But 100 yard's ow boy
I got sucked into the tunability of the regulated factor bp also. The .30 was not available so I went ahead and opted for the .357 with the expectations of similiar results to the .30 that was being reviewed online. Huge mistake as I had similar results to yours. At least it swore me off of Hatsan forever. Best damn purchase I have made for the money is an AEA challenger Elite in .357. Wow, speed and accuracy both in one gun for less than a third of the cost of my FX impact 357. Keep on with the videos.
Challenger elite isn't very comfy.
Comfort is in the eye of the beholder.@@swingonthespiral
Hey B! Awesome vid man!!! Best wishes to you and family!
Thanks! You too! GREAT TO SEE YOU MAN!
Shweet B! Stay Strong Man!!!@@macabespeed
on top of it with the load outs!
Great video!
Thank you!
It acts as though there is something loose that moves around with each shot
In editing i wondered if i wasnt A going fast enough fps wise and B if i was rushing the regulator..... HMMM!
I doubt it was the Regulator unless you have a very large plenum. Keep at it back and let us know what it is. And find a good semi-auto 35 caliber with at least 200 ft lb
Super nice episode. You should make some adjustments to tune it up and improve those groups. Cool results for a stock configuration man.
That's the plan! I bought every tin of skirted pellet on the market. Im gonna go to the max with this precision wise, and film how i tune each pellet from zero to hero. Then you guys will have a cheat sheet when im done!
the way you explain things makes your videos such an easy watch bro. Think you could muster a breakdown of the function of regulators and the pros/cons?
I bought every pellet on the market to tune for you guys!
Coming soon
Hi, I've see so many vids you testing,...what is the best
.357 pco for slugs you have test?
Still leaning towards an Impact or Delta wolf. I’ve had horrible luck with Harsan.
Adjust the reg up to 155 see if u can get it in the upper 830s or 840 range feel like u will get better results. Also the handle it come with is a push button bipod. Not bad results first try out can't complain!
It’s actually been really easy to tune this up!
I can’t what to get ahold of one
I had an original factor rc in .25 but sold it because of the bad workmanship( e.g. metal shavings on the inside ruining the regulator). One of the gripes was that instead of making a dimple in the barrel for the indexing grub screw to position, they grinded a flat spot on the barrel 😱so indexing was all over the place. On of the consequences was that the barrel could be moved to far into the breech, preventing the magazine to work properly due to deformation because of the barrel pushing against it. You can prevent this by shimming the barrel, good luck with the transfer port line up, but these practices made me steer clear of Hatsan ever since. Hope that this one works out for you.
Always keep a hat in the truck to keep the sun from between your eye and the scope
I need a new set of caps I think. Current batch have a few years on them!
Definitely needs more testing, maybe use some jsb or other good quality ammo. Hatsan said it was a competition rifle.
I bought every pellet on the market yesterday for it
Great video bro! Turkish design is known for producing some solid weapons, but no way are they on par with the Sweeds. There is a reason for the price jump for sure. Theres no budget equivalent to Lothar walthar barrels. There's a reason Match grade equipment demands a premium price. I too am not a rich man and hope to see quality when purchasing a budget item, but when you place them side by side there is no comparison. Totally different leagues. It's much more than just the difference between plastic stock to aluminum frame. The internal components are also superior.
Check if the barrel is exactly 35 cal or slightly oversized for 352. Becouse there was numerous report the factor sniper is not 30 cal it was 308 and regular 30 cal just fall free thru the barrel without touching any threads. On the hand the new Bully Long not the regular hatsan bully, is treated with a slug barrel and is a power beast.
good insights
Did you lube the gun before this session ?
Literally pulled out, looked at it, filmed this episode lol
Scope was literally mounted at the range and i got lucky i was close
That gun makes the AEA guys look Good
I didn’t do it justice! I shoulda tuned it, and had jsb
AEA is shit.
@@josephtrahan2934 I love my .457 and .357 challenger. 10,000 rounds each without any problems. Power valve and six shots around 600fpe is nice in a air gun for 700 bucks. Maybe you had bad luck.
@dickdyson3100 yeah, I saw too many Aea malfunctions to committ, so I saved up and got the carbon fiber series Airforce Texan LSS. It's straight dope. Shoots like a dream, awesome at long distance, all aluminum construction with a Lothar walthar barrel. Pure accuracy and up to 800 fpe. But it was a 1200 dollar purchase.
@@josephtrahan2934 I think they got the challenger series right.
Aiwaa 💕👍
Can this air gun be delivered to Bangladesh please brother please tell me about it😊
Are you willing to pre-pay?
My hatsan break barrel love Jsb pellets, try those...u may have something loose on with your gun or scope, OR THOSE PELLETS, my hatsan didn't not like there own pellets
I bought a box of 200 nsa slugs and only 40 of them were the correct diameter, the rest of them were all oversized
Those slugs need more fps, around 930 to 960 fps, slugs like speed
Good morning
Morning man!
😢😢😢😢 I was really hoping for a good slug gun
Me too man, but if pellets is it, Ill tune fore em for you guys w every round avail.
Hat's off to hatson 😆😆😆👍👍👍👍
Theres a lot to tune on this, im excited for a change LOL
HATSAN is one of those companies that kind of Hit and Miss on their products. The air rifles are extremely powerful and I love that they give you a large capacity magazine, which other air rifle companies seem to miss on. I rather have a large capacity magazine then a bunch of magazines that you can easily lose on the field. I own two hatsan and unfortunately had to sell them both and it was mainly was always due to their accuracy issues that I had. Up to 50 yards its okay but whenever I try to shoot further out just some kind of inconsistencies to deal with. Just my experience and maybe yours could differ.
Hit and Miss is kind of generous to Hatsan. Yet, I am inclined to agree. I have their Galatian Tact Auto (.25), BT65SB (.25), a Jet 1 that exploded and destroyed itself, and a Hatsan 125 break barrel that was defective from the factory and Hatsan had the nerve to tell me i needed to pay them another $150 for a new barrel assembly on my brand new gun. Had a sortie from them that was defective, another Jet that was totally defective and would not seal no matter what. I get that Hatsan can be pretty creative/innovative sometimes, and surely they have made great guns. I honestly love my Galatian Tact Auto & BT65SB from them. But their failures ive experienced were abysmal, and they really overshadowed any sense of success ive had with them. Im at the point now where I will never buy another item from Hatsan -- there are too many other good airgun companies and offerings out there to work with.
@milesstover3724 I have really started to tune it now, and I can’t say enough good things
@@macabespeed I believe it man. When Hatsan does something right, its usually pretty dang good. Been meaning to comment and ask you if you have messed with the Barra 1100z at all yet. Ive had my eye on the 'budget' segment of the PCP market and this 1100z got my attention enough to buy it, been loving this thing since i took it out of the box. obviously its not a super refined or high end airgun but for what you pay, its really impressing me. glad you are getting good results with your Hatsan Factor 357.
@@milesstover3724 haven’t messed with that one at all! Thanks for stopping in to the comments!
@@milesstover3724 Man?i look at hatsan clip's allot from very high grade youtuber's etc .and i feel you ..HATSAN why???Because very well know'n youtuber's say nr1???Because of the power?.For little money many power?Power is spot on ?nah .when we talk air rifle.
I got that rifle and is not that consistent. I think they have to improve the barrel. No doubt is a beast but is not a hunt rifle to much tuning before you get the right spot.
Im actually excited to tune this! I never get a tedious gun to play with, usually just the high HP stuff!
@@macabespeed please let me know witch amo work best for you? Thanks
I've been trying to buy a blitz for the longest but I refuse to pay anything more than $800 I'll take the old one I don't care can someone point me in the right direction. Please don't say hatsan USA because I'm on the waiting list
Midway usa is the spot to watch, also check out bluegrass big bore
@@macabespeed good information 😎
I dont use slugs in my hatsans
None of my blitz guns like em either except kinda fx hybrid
Mine blitz kinda likes rhe h an n 38 grain .250 I get like 1 inch group at 20 and it stacks up sometimes like a dime if I dont get no fliers
Great Vid! Great Content!
I also legit like 250. Knock outs 250 did good
@@macabespeed I'll try that,thanks
What's the foot pound energy?
Approx 120 fpe as tested, likely has 150 in it
What's the price anyone 🙏?
