You are absolutely right and spot on on affirming to yourself everyday to allow yourself to be and feel happiness. It is a form of taking care of yourself and everyone has a right to the pursuit of happiness. Toxic people in our lives can make us think otherwise…especially when we are at a young age and don’t know any better….but we shall overcome!
Being in the right head space is super helpful when recording stuff indeed! Been doing it for going on 15 years this December (not on this channel, haha) so I know what ya mean!
