I think Paul does know what happened but just can't let himself believe his brother's friends and brothers in blue would actually do this to him. Jen was his sisters friend. They were dealing drugs through the Pizza shop and Colin was low key dealing round Johns house. Colin appears high in all of his bang bang videos, John made a report of said activity and they felt threatened. Report was never made public by Canton PD
