Fisker Ocean Remaining Inventory Selling For 14K Each 😱

In today's video we talk about Fisker asking for approval from a bankruptcy court to sell the remaining inventory of Fisker Oceans for 14k each!
For customers that bought these over 50k Id be extremely mad. This will tank whatever value these cars had left.

Let's be honest, paying 14K for a Fisker Ocean is not a very good idea either.

I worked at frisker in 2009 and it was a lot of good people but they didn't know as much as they needed to know about running a car company. We actually paid people to sit at desks when the government auditors came through just so we could get our government green energy loans approved. it was crazy

The current Oceans at $14k are at that price due to a bulk sale to American Leasing. Actually lower cost to them for used and ones with issues which are $3200 and $2500. Private purchases are at around $22k-$26k but dropping. Not sure if they will hit that low $14k mark and, it appears that only used ones are selling. Any new ones are being redistributed to American Leasing. With the newest recall of a computer control board that runs the high voltage cooling fan and that recall only helping the American Leasing Oceans I’m not sure what remains for owners. What a mess.

Deja Vu. Several years ago, I was at the Porsche dealer here in Vegas... You know the one. They had an original Fisker Karma they only wanted $23k for. Delivery miles only. The catch, no warranty and they were known to have issues. I thought about it, but I work on ICE cars. I have zero experience working on EV's except the original Altima Hybrids (at Nissan).

The Tucker was an actual car. With an actual internal combustion engine. It may have had its problems, but at least it was a REAL car. I wouldn't mind owning one just as a collector car. But EVs are NOT "cars". At best they are glorified golf carts. And I don't play golf. No thanks.

$14,000 has to be the build cost and they just wanna get the money out of it for what they have in it. That’s the F/N profit they make!
Gives you a good idea the profit these companies make on $80 to $100 hundred thousand dollar pick up trucks.
