I think that the best sniper on CoD Ghosts would be either the L115 W/ Armor peircing + variable zoom lense or the VKS W/ Armor peircing and thermal sight.
I love my usr with silencer. The hit boxes don't change when you use a silencer on this gun. Think it is the same as the vks without the drop off. You also get better movement speed then the VKS
USR with any attachment other than acog. I love that gun!!!!
I love using the silenced snipers, have used them since silencers were allowed on sniper rifles. My personal favorite is the USR(Mainly because it's the only one I've used) it's consistent, it has a fair amount of rounds,it's an updated R700, plus it looks the best to me.
Back in my day Nero had 30k subs it's good to come back and see you more than tripled that mah nigga

I'd either say the USR or the new Maverick are the best sniper rifles in the game. However all of them are deadly if you're accurate
Actually I think the L115 is the best because the hitmarker area is slightly bigger then the others plus what about hardscoping
