Well, it's probably because of the alkaline coating that they put on the hair to preserve it. In today's video I will be sharing how I remove the alkaline coating and clean my synthetic hair before braiding! I do this every single time and it works like magic! No more itchy scalp!

I do the same well similar If u put it in your car on hangers it will dry quick in the summer and I can blow dry too not too hot
I never would’ve thought not that!! That’s a good idea, especially if you’re trying to do it quick!

What if I just used a clarifying shampoo with out the vinegar?
I just did this and let it dry but the ends are curly and frizzy
A little frizz is normal for me, but never curly. Was it straight like mine before? Did you lay it flat? I usually finger comb it and lay flat before i dry because its most likely gonna conform to whatever state that it is in when it is drying
Does it matter what shampoo we use to shampoo the hair? I have regular Alberto VO5 moisturizing shampoo.
@@GabrielleIshell it was straight, then I put it on a hanger maybe that's why because I didn't know rather the water was going to hold in the hair. I finger comb it as well
I put rubber bands on the ends
There is no evidence that states that apple cider vinegar remove the chemicals from the hair.
However, it has been shown that white vinegar does remove chemicals
