I hope you enjoy this video of me making pressure cooked vegetable rice in the Ninja 15 in 1!
On this channel I aim to bring you some amazing home cooked vegetarian foods for you to try at home.
I like to do my best to save the pennies where I can,so you will see me cooking with Air Fryers, Instant pots and induction hobs,but dont worry,all the recipies I do can also be cooked using other methods.

I have this Ninja foodi. My favorite feature is that I can set it to natural release for a set time and automatically have it release pressure automatically. You don't need to do it manually as you did.
Good to go through these basics as ninja is so bad at providing recipes. You’re very methodical and easy to watch 👍

Ordered my first bottle of Maggi seasoning. Never used it before. When you said the kids love it on everything, reminded me I used to want apple sauce on everything when i was young. I did grow out of it😂. X

Good quick meal Stacey , I cooked a Roast cauliflower chickpea and tomato curry with rice all in my Ninja and like you said the rice looked sticky but I was very surprised it wasn't sticky at all . I just love it when you have Evie and Harry as your tasting critics . 💕

Many people in South East Asia go out of their way to cook the perfect 'sticky rice' also known as 'khao neow'........lovely.

I ask lots of people the same question. Do you love your 15:1? I sent my 11:1 back as the pot cracked after 2 uses. Sharon loves her cosori so much so I bought that. I love it.
But miss the air fry steam and bake functions. Have the dual blaze as you do now. What do you use the most? I use the pressure cooker and sauté the most.
But whole chicken in steam air fry is the best.
Are the extra functions of the 15:1 worth the ££?

Looks good, I will add a teaspoon of turmeric at the start for colour also supposed to be healthy and a dab of butter at the end (obviously not healthy!), if you have Asian section in supermarket spices are much cheaper overall in bulk bags than those little jars. Great video.

@@garyandstaceyfamilyvlog I noticed after it’s in the aromat but I would imagine a tiny amount and probably again expensive in that format. My kids have been asking for veg rice so I was glad you did it. I think I will try a half portion without the extra water for veg and see how it goes as I am used to 1:1 ratio for rice. I think it also might work well with mushrooms instead of mixed veg also.

I was a vegetarian for so long but was too anemic had to eat some meat..I will eat vegetarian as much as I can! My favorite is tofu manicotti ❤ love you
Funnily enough I have a spinach and ricotta canniloni video to do, but if you have any tips on making the tofu manicotti I'd happily try the alternative aswel 😊

That's okay, not every recipe is for everyone. You can use fresh veg the same way, alot of frozen veg is just as nutritious as fresh aswel and sadly often cheaper than buying fresh at the moment too 😊
