Yeah bud! I saw how you did it and realized that you already figured it out so deleted that comment. :) Your truck is looking sic! When they look that good it’s hard to bash em! I spend a lot of time making mine clean and shiny, get her all looking good, then I feel every scrape! Lol. I’m out there running it around my property going ‘ouch!’, ‘oooh dang!’! My wife just laughs at me! :)). I’m waiting on a new set of duratrax tires now, just ripped sidewall out of my stockers. It’s the waiting for mail that takes forever!
When I put my tail gate protector on i cut the inner part in 4 pieces because the contour and I was able to get it to fit right i had to heat up the protector as I tighten it down so it formed to the body also

It’s not a perfect fit because it’s designed for the X-MAXX body but overall it still provides protection.
