Halle Berry as "Sharon Stone" was my original crush as a kid. Fun Fact: Halle felt getting the part in Flintstones was a personal triumph because it was the first time she had gotten cast in a role meant for a white actress (they had wanted THE Sharon Stone for the part but she passed). It made sense though because as she said she felt Bedrock would be integrated. Cool

Okay so when a film says something like "Steven Speilberg Presents" it means he just was a producer for the film and not a director or writer.
Also in terms of the show it was the first primetime animated series and was basically an animated version of a famous sitcom by and starring Jackie Gleason and he thought about suing, but someone convinced him not to as he probably wouldn't want to be the guy to end The Flintstones.

Still one of my favorite childhood movies, but now that I'm older I realize that the money never really changed Fred's personality that much. Sure they bought a bunch of new stuff, but was still allowing the Rubbles to live with them completely rent free and probably providing them with food as well. Most of the tension between the families come from the Rubbles jealousy. The jokes that Fred played may have been in bad taste, but they are no different than the kind of jokes he would play before they became wealthy. Fred never really became a prick until Barney started becoming a prick to him first.

Plus, the series is called _The FLINTSTONES_ not _The RUBBLES_ so Fred was kind-of sort-of always the main character, even if he was a big dumb oafish jerk with a heart of gold beneath his blustering exterior. After all, _The FLINSTONES_ were originally modeled after the live-action Ralph Crandon sitcom _The Honeymooners_ ("Bang! Zoom! Right in the kisser! Pow! Straight to the moon!"), albeit set in a modernization of prehistoric caveperson times (which are wildly inaccurate, because the dinosaurs were already extinct by the time the first primordial human was born).

The only real gripe I have with this film is that the villain's plan makes no sense. If the whole idea is to hire someone he can take advantage of and use for his own selfish gain, why hire the one with the highest score? Wouldn't it make more sense to take the one with the lowest score and just say he got the highest one? That's basically what he does. The whole switching of the tests was completely unnecessary.
Also, I always laugh at that Disney crack not because it's a decent forth wall joke, but because let's face it, Disney would have let him die if the story called for it.

I have absolutely no clue if you take reaction requests however there’s a movie called red shoes and the 7 dwarfs. It’s been out for about 2 years now and I’ve never seen anyone react to the movie despite it being really good.
It’s got a really positive message as well and I honest wish I grew up with a movie like it as it would have helped my self confidence a lot

12:10 that would be an orangutan, Nick for you use in many Hollywood movies they portrayed chimpanzees as comical mischiefs and sometimes helpers for the heroes are in peril. But the chimps in movies are young chimps as the got older and kept on literally replaced by other young chimps.

I never really liked Hannah-Barbara stuff, even though it took me a long time to realize that (I liked the ideas more than the execution). That said, I always thought this was a surprisingly well-done adaptation with fantastic production design and a star-studded cast giving it their all.
