Being like fire in ice | Taking an ice bath

That’s what’s in my head during ice baths
Actually I already tried it this morning but just couldn’t do it
I was very disappointed in myself but later I conquered my mind 💪🏻 I went for the cold bath before even thinking about it and it worked out ✨
Lesson for myself: Try again, you are stronger than you think ⚡️
