    Coffee Blending Tutorials
    **************************
The Best coffee powder blend for your taste are as follows
(Arabica, Robusta, Chicory blend coffee power)
    1.Robusta-rich blends:
Content of robusta 90%, 80%, 70% - with Arabica. The cream is particularly rich and the body strong, something that blends well with the cold coffee (Freddo Espresso or Freddo Cappuccino). Also, ideal for espresso lungo
    2. Balanced Blends:
Content of Robusta, 50% or 50% The Robusta's features remain intense, but the aromas and subtle flavours of the Arabica begin to come to the fore.
    3. Arabica-rich blends:
Content of robusta 40%, 30%, 20 with Arabica- This is a category in which there are many popular blends, as it is perhaps the most ideal balance between the two varieties of coffee. Ideal for both espresso and ristretto or lungo, depending on our personal taste.
    4. Arabica Blends: content of Arabica 90% to 100% (Pure coffee and need more quantity of powder)
There are excellent espresso blends in this category, which can give very enjoyable espresso
    5. Arabica blended with chicory (80 % and 20%) The best coffee and my favourite
    7. Robusta blended with chicory(80 % and 20%) More bitter Coffee and many likes this taste
    8. Arabica + robusta blended with chicory (40 %,40% and 20%) As good as item no.5
    9. Coffee and Fenugreek (methi) ( 80 %: 20%) A healthy coffee.
    10. Most common blend (70% coffee and 30% chicory) It is using almost all middle range coffee shops and hotels)

Raw, skinned coffee beans have dried black skin out side and once the skin is removed you will get light green colour 2 beans inside. This raw beans only need to roast it. If you have dark roasted coffee beans, just powder it and can be make coffee decoction and can mix with milk. See my coffee making video. The link is already there in end screen of this video.

It is totally normal for having some coffee ground floating atop your cup. When making coffee, the lighter ground, which could be the skin of the coffee bean before grinding, will stay afloat for a period of time. The easier way to make coffee is simply pouring hot water onto the ground powder and stir well and filter it using a thin net filter.

How long does the coffee stay good for before turning bad?😊

    • @A2Z.KitchensFoods
      @A2Z.KitchensFoods  Před 6 měsíci

Whole Coffee Beans: Whole coffee beans generally stay fresh for a longer period compared to ground coffee. If stored properly in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, whole beans can maintain their flavor for several weeks to a few months.
Ground Coffee: Ground coffee has a larger surface area exposed to air, making it more susceptible to flavor loss. It's recommended to use ground coffee within a week or two for optimal flavor. Storing it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place can help extend its freshness.
