I have doubt about your version. Indeed Seeta Devi had Swayamvaram which Sage Vishwamitra was aware. Hence he took the two boys to Mithila, without informing them. The test kept by Janaka to participants was to lift the Shiva Danush which only Rama could lift it by the grace of his Guru. After the event,it was decided by Janaka to give his daughter to Rama, Rama said I have no idea about these events. My Guru brought us here and I did as per his command. Regarding my marriage with your daughter please speak to my father Dasharathan. We are now returning to Ayodhya with our Guru. Then Janaka visits Ayodhya and marriage takes place.
