FBI agent takes stand at murder trial in case of missing Eastpointe teen

- A special agent with the FBI took the stand Wednesday morning at the trial of Jaylin Brazier in Wayne County, Michigan. Brazier is charged with second-degree murder in the disappearance, and believed death, of his 17-year-old cousin Zion Foster, who went missing from her Eastpointe home in 2022.
The judge is really into this case 😮. He's wondering like me how are they going to prove redrum 😮
I don’t get the second degree murder charge……they were smoking and she stop breathing….abuse of a corpse, maybe …. I wouldn’t be surprised if he found not guilty of 2nd degree murder.
They were smoking and she stopped breathing is Jaylin's account to cover up what he did. He made sure he got rid of the body he didn't want them to find the evidence. But I too think he will walk.
@@nebulatoni9316 what you think he did to her? He never said anything other than she stopped breathing. I’m still puzzled because the jury questions are asking the same as the defense. I don’t believe he’ll walk because of how he discarded her body.

He's not walking! Maybe if he were a different....nvm let's just see how this turns out! That boy did something to that girl! If he didn't do anything his video footage in his house would've never been deleted because that wouldve been his proof that he just "panicked" he knew that footage would show incriminating evidence thats why he deleted it!
