I've used this system for a long time now since it came out. I can honestly say that the bottle removal from the mop is a ridiculously hard thing to do. So...this is my way...Stand the mop upright and lean the handle on your shoulder, bottle facing outwards; place both your feet onto the mop head and tug. Works every time and not too tricky once you've got the knack.
In this video, the guy has obviously already got the bottle loosened as you can't actually wiggle it like that when it is in place correctly. I emailed about this a long time ago and got no reply. If it is leaking, you may have a split in the thread where the top screws back on as I had this for a while and then it broke off!
I've just emailed asking if I can buy just the bottle as the mop is good and it seems very UN ECO to purchase a whole new mop.
    I'll keep you posted!

"Grasp the bottle firmly and give it a little wiggle" roughly translates to "have a full blown wrestling match with a mop that will cost you your fingernails and your dignity".

The bottle is impossible to remove after a few uses and leaks liquid whilst mopping. They need to work on their mopping device. Solution is great though

Totally agree! They need a click-release for the bottle!! Otherwise this mop is the best floor cleaning system…

Use some moisturiser or a silicone lubricant on the oring , like any oring when it’s new. Never had an issue with ours. Works perfectly. You’ve tried to use a dry oring basically and have stretched it so it won’t seal. Any other method will still require an oring .

Mine had same problems from the start! Was told to get the tiny tiny grommet! Looked like a condom for a fly! Out of the bottom of the lower part and replace it on the tiny hole, was impossible to do ! Did it once and immediately came off, leaked like a basket and customer service no help! Really expensive spray everything else they sell is fantastic, I’m Asthmatic and they all are greatX

Which pad do you use to mop timber floors? Also which pad for tiled floors? Thanks

From memory, green is the harsher mop and the blue is softer, same as the cloths. So I’d use blue unless something is really stuck on.

Have contacted you about being unable to remove the bottle from the mop...AND it leaking the cleaning liquid leaving the floor dangerously wet and leaving a puddle in the broom cupboard while it continuously leaves...obviously I'm not the only one experiencing this fault.
