I feel that asmr has taught me how to listen...I find myself really listening throughout the day, to the sound of water running, as I pour out a glass, or turn on the tap, to the sound of a lid, turning...I also notice and appreciate the texture of everything I touch...my body feels so much calmer, it really helps with anxiety, and life is rich...thank you 🙏

I have to say I absolutely LOVE how the mics are positioned and how you played around with distance and direction for the hand sounds part at 11:20 !!!! that is super effective for me!!! also the glass tapping at 4:00 was delicious 🐸✨
