Most developers build houses cheap and then give it quality finishing. The house looks good, but I rather build mine and make sure the quality is very good. Developers will always try to save money and they usually compromise structurally, which is the most important. It is always good to look into structure of a house first before the finishing.

Well one simply has solicitors & surveyors b4 finishing contracts ,that's the standard practice ..If one doesn't then they're to blame ...No need for negative comments...Surveyor assess structural issues & grades the house for u b4 u finish contract..

Lagos Realty is a scam. Imagine how spacious this Home has with Bq and Basement . Comparing this house in Abuja to Lagos is a no brainer.
I just love the ingenuity and taste of Nigerian designers. It's really world class. I've always said that what is stopping Nigeria is clueless so-called political leaders. Our people are by and large amazingly talented. This house is worth the price and then some. The only thing I'd change is the pink paint on the door frames. Well done!

These properties are nice but I’m missing vegetation. No trees in the yard, no flowers, just concrete. Good flowers and trees will come a long way to beautify the estate and the houses. You don’t need to put concrete everywhere, gravel and flowers will do the job alright. We are not in the desert.

very minimal grass /green spaces 😓😓😓 the outdoor is a concrete jungle. The house lacks indoor outdoor connection especially from the living rooms .
Nigerian real estate is excellent and quality for money.If this property was in kenya it will cost you more than $1million.What you get in kenya with $280k is way lower quality and small house.Can i buy that design?

Beautiful and worth the money
Nigerian home designers needs a lot of improvement. The interior of this house is disjointed and disconnected. How did they separate bathroom and walk-in closet? I guess after bath you'll walk one mile to the other side of the room to get to the closet for your clothes 😅
The kitchen cabinet wood is cheap you can tell by their porous sound. Good woods are bit heavy with no sound when opening and closing the cabinets.
The separation of the kitchen from the dinning and living room in a luxury house in 21st century horrifies me. They'd travel from the kitchen to the dinning to serve the food. The railings is cheap, very common and everywhere.
And many people love this.

Nice, but the finishing could be a bit better. The strip lights shouldn’t be conspicuous, also, the bathrooms are not properly designed from a safety standpoint.
