We're planning on moving to Charlotte and I didn't know homes there had basements. Is it rare for homes to have basements there or is it like Atlanta where it's pretty normal. Thank you in advance for answering. Really enjoy your videos.

Not in these communities but there are lots along the lake that do have mobile homes on it. So while you cant do it in these subdivisions, it can be done elsewhere.

Yes, there are basement homes! They are rare but they exist. I'd say about 5 out of every 100 homes have basements.
