I'm working with Brooks on getting a Lectron carb sent out with nitrous bell for my custom Raptor660. Cannot even explain how fascinating these carbs are. Can't wait to get one in my hands and go for a rip!
Hello Lectron! I wanted to reach out and thank your team for the awesome carburetor. I put the new H-Series on my 2002 CR250R and right out of the box (pre-tuned courtesy of Lectron) it runs great! I mean, snappy, powerful, sounds good, and it even smells better (seriously).
I have a Lectron fitted to my KTM 300, it works well. I have also messed about with engines and built quite a few over the years. What I don't get is how you can say that setting the rod up on your gauge will get the idle mixture to be perfect for any engine. I have worked on V8 engines where the engine needs to be running at idle with an AFR of 12.2:1 and if it goes leaner the idle becomes unsteady yet other V8 engines will run very well at idle with an AFR of say 13:1. It really depends on lots of things and with a 4 stroke the cam overlap duration plays a big part in this. I guess two stroke engines will also vary from one engine to another so how can you say 'set the rod to this and it will be spot on?'
topari01, we sell piles of these great carbs for single cylinder off road bikes. They come setup very close for each bike as ordered and you will just slightly tweak it for your bike, your conditions and your riding style. Better performance, better, MPG (by a lot on some bikes) and EZ tuning are what we love about them.
I have a 2022 yz250x and I put one on and the bike runs great . My only issue is I have a pretty good amount of spooge coming from the tailpipe . What adjustment would you make ? The spark plug looks pretty brown w a little oil on the threads . Thank you

This carburetor is basically a mechanical fuel injection system
Can someone please tell me how to set a 38mm high velocity Electron carb back to the standard factory settings?

Hi, all lectronfuelsystems is to run only on pump gas right? my question is, can i use it with 100% methanol fuel to get right adjustments?
Is that the Metering Rod Adjustment Tool that comes with the kit for Harleys?
Where would one start to baseline the jetting for say on old 400cc two stroke ?
For example, replace the 38mm Mikuni with a 38mm Lectron.
Just wondering in order to lean it out wide open I have to buy four different metering rods would that be correct
Doo good
why is that tool 170$ my gosh
Cek harga
Kinda funny how you have too spend more money for something thats supposed to be so good.
It's space age technology, it uses a venturi to accelerate air which draws fuel up through a controlled orifice to meter fuel, it's amazing stuff.
