  • New Milwaukee 2160-21 compact USB rechargeable 800 lumen compact flashlight. Released September 2020. So far I think its the best Red Lithium light Milwaukee has released. Not perfect but getting there.

I agree about moving to USB Type C. However between the more expensive stainless steel connector and USB Power Delivery chip, that may very well have added another $5 retail to the price on an already expensive flashlight. Maybe the next version might get it.

I just picked up the 1,100 lumen version that has the adjustable focus option. So far so good. I still like my pivot head magnetic base usb version the best though.

Finally! An honest review, if you're howling at the moon then I know you're telling the truth. Just got mine today and it's not bad. Not bad at all. ✌️O.o

The beam is adjustable, it isn’t easy to turn, but it does adjust flood to beam.

Hell yeah thanks man, the Red lithium 3.0 is the new generation of the red lithium batteries. It will work in the other tools on the red lithium platform and vice versa.

I agree, no strobe, I'm not going to take it to a rave. USB charging sucks too, but it is universal.

I like everything about this version except that you can’t adjust the beam on it so I will just go with the newest version with a 1000 lumens and adjustable beam.

You can adjust the beam. It’s just hard to turn.

Really don’t know why people care about micro vs c on a damn charge port like who tf cares it’s to charge the battery not do firmware updates

Oh you must like carrying 20 different cords in your bag I see. The rest of us, would only like to carry one universal cord and power block to charge all of our tools🤷‍♂️

@@zx10rpower17 bro it’s called an all in one cable 11 bucks on Amazon if you’re that worried about 2 cables taking up your entire toolbox lmao

Agree. Micro usb is still a lot more common than usb c
