You are mistaking the a'in with the gimmel. In Yemenite Hebrew, the gimmel with a dagesh (with dot / hard) is pronounced as 'dj' but the 'soft' gimmel (without a dot) as the throat-r you've demonstrated.
No, I am not talking about Gimel / Jimel, but Ayin and Ghayin (lost in Hebrew but preserved in Arabic).

Based on this evidence, scholars believe that in ancient Biblical Hebrew ע was alternatively vocalised as ghayin, as it was in Ugaritic. However ghayin doesn’t exist in Tiberian Hebrew.

@shalomshalom8715 I looked up the Greek LXX, and I find Σαλημ (Salem, Genesis 14:18), and Ιερουσαλημ (Yerousalem, Joshua 10:1). The last part σαλημ is the same as Σαλημ (with an upper case sigma).
As for עברי (Hebrew) and ערבי (Arab), the letter ע is obviously Ayin. I am not saying we should pronounce ע as ghayin today, rather that in certain words ע may have been pronounced in ancient times like the Arabic ghayin, as evidenced by the LXX.

He mentioned the Israelis in relation to having eyes put out, which Philistines did to Samson. There was no reason for him to start listing everything else that's happened. Another thing is, that this channel is about the Hebrew Bible which has relation particularly to Israel and the Jews. So of course he is going to be concerned about Israelis, and why not when they have suffered unspeakable horrors at the hands of murderers? But that doesn't mean he doesn't care about Palestinians.
Also you mention the children killed in Gaza, but it should be noted that these are not being purposely targeted, whereas Hamas went out to purposely to kill children amongst others. Another important detail is that the figures are put out by the Palestinian health ministry, which is controlled by Hamas. And seeing that Hamas blatantly did a triple lie about the hospital bombing, there is no reason to believe that their casualty figures are accurate. Also we can note that the term 'children' includes those up to the age of being an adult. We're not told how many are toddlers and how many are teenagers. This might not seem important, but the media does try to pull on the heartstrings, and attempts to hide the fact that many teenagers could be young fighters. And if that's the case then the sin is with Hamas. In addition we shouldn't forget that the IDF have repeatedly warned civilians to move south, and had been giving warnings before striking individual buildings, which they call a knock on the roof. This is not something done by other armies around the world. They can't be held responsible if Hamas decide to use their population as human shields. The IDF also recently created a safe corridor for civilians to move south, and unfortunately Hamas decided to shoot and kill Gazan's trying to flee along it.
