  • 2021+ Bronco Axle-back Dyno Test - We strapped our badlands bronco to the dyno, testing baseline, axle-back exhaust, and axle-back exhaust with a tune. The results were very impressive and we can definitely feel the performance increase.

I've been told that Ford did a good job allowing the engine to breath to save beyond the cat. Is this the reason for just the axelback? I'm also surprised by the gains prior to JB4. Looking hard at going this route prior to Whipple tune.

I don't think any OEM manufacturer does a "good enough" job post-cat. We thank them for that! The axle-back is just the start for what we have coming on the 6G bronco. It's a simple, easy part to install, and offered a price point well under 1k. Our objective was to eliminate ecoboost buzz and not hinder performance. We're not only introducing a great sound into the equation with this setup, but we also found a combination to maximize low-end torque and overall power. These aren't just dyno numbers either: you really feel a bump from the butt dyno.

Oem muffler contains a exhaust valve. I lost torque with my MBRP and put my oem back on.

Do you have any dyno numbers for the 2.3L motor?
