Bill Burr is a standup comedian and also hosts his own podcast called "The Monday Morning Podcast" His latest special "Walk Your Way Out" is available now on Netflix.
@Tyler Pulse dude its the fucking truth! And Q Anon is just the biggest point proven...and go ahead and go through my shit Q. And want to say the same shit, get a job that doesn't allow you to spend all your time talking shit about people on CZcams you grown ass baby...
Bill is the only person no matter how dark of a hole I’m in, no matter how heavy the weight of depression is can make me laugh. Sometimes even belly laugh, which at those moments can feel abstract as it’s a sensation so foreign. He brings that. Thanks Mr Burr, I wish you well
He makes light of all that shit that usually holds you back so you can learn not to take it so seriously, not to mention you realize how stupid it really is when it's explained in his unique way!
Can I ask why? I know everyone think a little different…and depression is something I’ve never been able to imagine because ig it’s just the way I happen to be wired. Like, I feel bad when I watch stuff about little kids getting killed, women getting raped, people starving to death…things like that…but that’s obviously not depression. Although, it’s the closest feeling I can relate to it…which is why I am curious about it, but if you’d rather not talk about it, I definitely understand…
@jordancave3089 Most comedians battle with depression, they are one of those groups where almost everyone in it deals with mental illness. I've always used humor as almost a defense mechanism and to make things not seem so bad! But if you ever want a great description of depression, Chester Bennington does an interview in which he says, when I'm depressed I don't want to kill myself or anything like that, I just want to crawl over in the corner and not eat or drink and just lay there until I go! To me depression is the loss of any and all hope, there seems to be nothing that could help, so you've essentially given up!

The way Bill engrossed drumming as an outlet his energy in a positive way to an artistic passion he had all along. My older brother at 55 used it to stop all his bad habits and obsess with the drums taken lessons for five years playing constantly and his talent showed when he sat in to play at open stage. I asked him about how do you control your hands, I then was sat down and taught paradiddle's and so much more about percussion and the snare and bass. I then told him I was proud that you have mastered this musical talent to show we have artistic ability that no other Irish, Scottish, German has done in our family. He showed me any negative power can be a positive through drums
A) If there’s ONE instrument a martial artist should appreciate, it’s drums. I didn’t appreciate martial arts until I learned drums. B) A few weeks ago there was a dude on stage playing a little suitcase kit who was literally 93 years old. As long as you can still move while sitting in a chair, you can still exercise by playing music.

Bill Burr should not feel bad about his feelings at his child's birth... My first thoughts for both of my kids at birth was "oh my god, it looks like me" poor thing... They were ugly... 30 some years later they love their "Pops", and only one of them is ugly.
Bill clearly loves his wife, who is now the mother of his child, and some of his fans can't handle it. Get over it, I'm happy for the guy, and he is still fuckin' hilarious.
It's a bunch of mouth breathing basement dwellers that hate women lol and they dated for like 8 years before getting married so it's not like she's new. I don't understand these people.
I am a baseball guy. Hall of Famer Rod Carew corked his bat once, and never used it in a game. He felt no one would believe it if he hit with that bat. Yes, it does make a real difference. I used to put superballs in my bat. Gives you an extra 10-15 feet on a ball you catch near the sweet spot. Old time baseball. During a rain delay, in the 1970s, "Hawk" Harrelson and Tom "Wimpy" Pacoreck (not sure of the spelling) showed the fans how you corked a bat on the television broadcast. You will not see that today, LOL. There is an old saying in baseball: "If you ain't cheating, you ain't trying".
My son went through the same thing he was born in 98 and he was obsessed with Mariah Carey and when I told him that she was the same age as Grammy (my mom) he was devastated

26:15 I'm from the UK, and we had this legendary English football player called Stuart Pearce, affectionately nicknamed Psycho. He once did a tackle, and unknown to him at the time, played the rest of the match on a broken foot. He also had a Moldovan footballer try and take him out with a very rough tackle that took both players into the advertising boards. Pearce just got up and walked away, the other guy was carried off on a stretcher 😂😂
Yep, he just let's Bill talk and they get alone. I also think it is due to the fact that they are good buds, get along together, and respect each other!
I think it's because most people are intimidated by Bill off the bat because Bill has this angry man persona. Next thing you know shit gets weird and they freak out and then Bill freaks out. The key is to just treat Bill like how you'd treat your goofy friend and just shoot the shit. Notice how this entire podcast is absolutely pointless? Yeah. Just chill and talk about whatever.
Did anyone else notice that Bill seemed to be evading the topic of politics by providing brief one-word like responses, but then when Joe inquired at 1:43:40 about his preferred presidential candidate he suddenly unleashed a precise and detailed political analysis, similar to a seasoned political commentator? I adored his perspective and this whole podcast, thank you !
31:08 it was exactly the same for me. I held my son for the first time at about 9am and yeah, it was a big moment but I was kind of in shock or maybe I was just acting how I thought I was supposed to. Then all the family and friends came and went throughout the day and it all felt vaguely ceremonial. Touching, sure, but it wasn't until that evening that I really truly fully felt it. My wife had this "Blackbird" instrumental song playing softly on her phone and I was walking back from the bathroom. I looked down at him and my wife gently swaying to the music and WOOSH. It felt like I (the new me) had just been born. It was intense and fucking magical. Now he's 6 and won't shut up about Minecraft.
That’s so beautiful. My husband and I have decided to not have children even though we’d love to but we can’t afford to homeschool. I know he’d be a great dad though. The end of your story cracked me up.
I say it every time I see these guys on the podcast together. But seriously I could listen to Joe & Bill for about 12 hours and probably not get tired of it
spookdude devito hahaha that couldnt offend me in the slightest. This is not my singular opinion lol Check the reviews, everyone loved it but hated the crowd. You weren't there so wtf do you care? Just know that Nashville is just politically correct these days and cant find humor in jokes that arent PC. The crowd that is...not you personally unless you didnt like it..Was it too dark for your taste? Not a fan of the holocaust jokes? I laughed my balls off \m/
I like how bill never brings up that his wife is black and the difference between marrying a black women vs a white women, those comedy routines become tacky.
Dale Chalfont "Bill Burr & Nia - Dilemma: Daughter Or Gay Son" here on CZcams says different. I'm surprised they even get along, but good for them if they're happy.
Smart people get along, regardless of their political affiliation. Bill and Nia both see most of the shit the idiots listening get riled up about is all bullshit.
Please post more of your shows! I can't stop watching, feel like I'm being life coached with the boys. The more I listen, the more I respect Joe Rogan, the advice is priceless!
Joe's over here talking about somebody's trying to steal his identity and Jamie's over there trying not to make eye contact ,twiddling his thumbs and whistling😂😂😂
When I first watched this podcast, I wasn’t a parent so I couldn’t relate to what bill was saying about not having that super emotional, picturesque experience that parents often talk about when they first see their baby. But now that I’ve had my first baby a couple months ago, I 100% can relate and am glad he talked about it because I thought I was alone in feeling the way I did. I never even announced my pregnancy and only told a few ppl. And I didnt even feel love for my baby until the first time I held her, 4 days after birth. Every single post I see on fb of someone announcing their pregnancy, they appear extremely happy and talk about how in love they already are with their baby, and then after they’re born are constantly posting pictures of them. I still haven’t announced her birth or posted pictures. When I was pregnant I kept wondering when am I supposed to start feeling love for my baby? The majority of the time, I mostly had negative feelings. I felt scared; anxious beyond belief, depressed, hopeless, unprepared, unsupported, and when it really got bad I even felt a ton of resentment and anger towards my unborn baby. My experience didn’t match the perfect stuff I saw on fb, and I have to understand that everything on fb is just a front and feeling differently is prob much more common than I think.
Good for him….. and that laugh Joe let out had me rollin!!!! I love when these two get together! Bill just gives zero fucks one minute then rages the next and Joe just loves to start that fire under him 😂😂😂😂😂
It amazes me the amount of people I'm now seeing and hearing say this exact idea. I had it as a late teen as well and on into my 20s. I honestly started to think something was wrong with me. I'm 29 bout to go 30for30 and it seems like all the adults I work with or live around, even into old age mentally act like teenagers while I have become a man of few words. I can say now that my switch finally flipped. May uave happened when I was 25 or it could have happned last year. All I know is I definitely feel mature next to the mental children I have to put up with in this town.
It's heart warming to hear Bill Burr in the role as guest of any podcast he brings up the name of his dear late friend Patrice O'Neal. Anybody else noticed this? Rip Patrice O'Neal The greatest of all!!

I feel like Joe is the only person that effectively interiews/podcasts with Bill. Everyone else annoys Bill at some point.
If you genuinely believe that Jake, then all I can say is that you’re not looking hard enough.
@@karmickarmy1398 Conan and Bill are gold together m8!🥃🍺
Yep, he just let's Bill talk and they get alone. I also think it is due to the fact that they are good buds, get along together, and respect each other!
CONAN O'BRIAN
37:16 that little Rodney Dangerfield reference was amazing to me lol
*Joe Rogan doing his breathing exercise*
BILL: Dude you look like you got shot and you're waiting for the ambulance.." 😂😂😂😂😂😜😜😜
CHiEF TONGA hahaha glad he brought him back to earth
Camp Matthew
How pathetic is your life that you get mad over something as dumb as emojis
Camp Matthew
It's pretty obvious that you did lmao
Camp Matthew
And now you're getting mad again lol you should really see a therapist about your inability to control your emotions
Camp Matthew
Nah, I don't think that's it. You're showing clear signs of anger here.
is alex jones really gonna be on episode 911?
Watch the last 5 seconds of this vid, he says "Tomorrow Alex Jones episode 911'
hardhouse87 awesome
so when is episode 910 ?
so when is episode 910 ?
captain black tonight after Bills.
Its a beautiful rapport between these two men. Thanks for all that you do.
lmfao the basketball dad story and impression, Joe you're the best lol
@@lostalone9320
Yeah, thanks. I'm aware of that.
Sounds like you’re taking your weak pull out game out on your offspring. When he goes up for adoption I’ll gladly take him in.
@@Zanarkendjp sounds like you're a dumbshit with no sense of humor
That’s so beautiful. My husband and I have decided to not have children even though we’d love to but we can’t afford to homeschool. I know he’d be a great dad though. The end of your story cracked me up.
Ha Ha ha ha ha ha ha beautiful consciousness emergence stage
I say it every time I see these guys on the podcast together. But seriously I could listen to Joe & Bill for about 12 hours and probably not get tired of it
Just listening to Joe & Bill talk Jack & Jill.
Idk why billy burr has me dead rn
i love falling asleep to these two talking😂
Bill's new special had me crying the entire time! Fuck that Nashville crowd...Bill is a genius!
Pa Pa ???
UnendingGrimnesS from all Nashvillians...fuck u
spookdude devito hahaha that couldnt offend me in the slightest.
It was shit. It wasn't nowhere near the level of his previous specials. It's like watching Louie CK lose his ability all over again.
Michael Dunbar Eh your taste in comedy sucks lol His bits were genius and so were his improv moments \m/ Fucking Legend \m/
I like how bill never brings up that his wife is black and the difference between marrying a black women vs a white women, those comedy routines become tacky.
Your Likes Make Me Moist His wife is extremely well spoken and educated, he hardly has any 'suburb upbringing vs ghetto upbringing' stories.
Dale Chalfont I'm surprised he doesn't talk about the weirdness caused by his nonchalant-ness and her hyperliberalism. That'd be interestinv
Dale Chalfont "Bill Burr & Nia - Dilemma: Daughter Or Gay Son" here on CZcams says different. I'm surprised they even get along, but good for them if they're happy.
Smart people get along, regardless of their political affiliation. Bill and Nia both see most of the shit the idiots listening get riled up about is all bullshit.
live a little bit longer and you'll know
Please post more of your shows! I can't stop watching, feel like I'm being life coached with the boys. The more I listen, the more I respect Joe Rogan, the advice is priceless!
Spotify my guy
Ya dude ^^^ what he said
You live under a rock or something? Never heard about his Spotify deal?
What a memorable episode! "It's like verbal water-boarding!" 🤣 THAT'S THE FUNNIEST SHIT IIVE EVER HEARD!
This is one of the best damn podcasts I’ve ever heard.
joe has much discipline. "i dont wanna hurt him, the guy is hurt by life"
MrSapper21 I read that just as he said it. The universe bugs me out.
yeh that always happens to me discomatty.
Then bill says he would wrap the guys face with duct tape lol
wtf that has to do with discipline. lol
MrSapper21 mmmijij,,,j,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Mauiii
Hahahahahaaaaaaaaa I'm only 13 minutes into this I can't believe I've overlooked this for 5 years already wtf seems like yesterday 😉✌️
Dam, this podcast was 6 years ago already! Crazy. 2023 and watching old podcasts.
Jack and Jill is hilarious? is it Joe? is it really Joe? comparable with Waterboy, really Joe?
It depends how much drugs he was on then maybe it could be funny!!
Paul Thoresen He clearly made the stipulation that it is funny if your 6 years old.
I watched it on shrooms it was hilarious. Then again I basically become a 5 year old when I'm on them.
waterboy is terrible too
My mate 6 year old son was ask by my brother "Who is your fav star wars character?" The answer Jar Jar Binks....
The reoccurring “have you ever seen hidden figures??” was ridiculous funny
Happy Gilmore is my favorite comedy movie ever
Joe's over here talking about somebody's trying to steal his identity and Jamie's over there trying not to make eye contact ,twiddling his thumbs and whistling😂😂😂
When Bill mentions the guy breaking both his legs:
Joe: “DON’T PULL THAT UP JAMIE!”
ROTFLOL 😂 😂 😂
Hahaha cringe worthy moment
I had those same feelings when my wife was pregnant with our first child. I think it’s not unusual. Congratulations on your motherhood!!
Well, you’re a sociopathic narcissist
Good for him….. and that laugh Joe let out had me rollin!!!!
I love when these two get together! Bill just gives zero fucks one minute then rages the next and Joe just loves to start that fire under him 😂😂😂😂😂
Bill Burr almost had a nervous breakdown watching Wall-E
I always thought as a kid "I cant wait to turn 18 and have that switch in my brain flip to adult/grown up"...
It never happend..
Sucks to be you
Yeah I know that feeling...
I'm 37 and I'm still waiting!!
Turned 18 six days ago, I feel
I wanna see Joe do some more stand up, I love listening to his crazy shows!! Have some more recorded albums.
5 years solid and hilarity is off the charts…. If it bleeds we can kill it

Listening to Bill Burr always cure the blue moods.
watching how Joe Rogan socializes with his friends and his guests is super good for learning how to socialize yourself
"Dude, have you seen Hidden Figures?" 😂😂😂
I kept looking to see if the podcast had restarted... like groundhogs day 😂
Theres no other way to ask about Hidden Figures 😂
Hidden figures is the shit
Joe “how many babies are being born right now simultaneously” Rogan
Isn't there a scene like that in Bruce Almighty?
Three
Hells yeah, I used to listen to Kickstart My Heart in the Air Force during my PT test. Passed every time lol
It's heart warming to hear Bill Burr in the role as guest of any podcast he brings up the name of his dear late friend Patrice O'Neal. Anybody else noticed this? Rip Patrice O'Neal The greatest of all!!
As much as I can't stand watching Adam Sandler movies, it's kinda refreshing to hear people liking them.
Yeah, his hollywood buddies. Super sincere.
Punch Drunk Love is the only acceptable Adam Sandler movie
Reign on me, funny people, 50 first dates, punch drunk love, happy Gilmore. Dude makes good movies. Plain and simple
Ahahahah
I like water boy and happy Gilmore new Sandler movies tho aren’t my style!

Bill was totally talking about Toy Story 3 when the toys were about to be incinerated. I couldn’t handle it either Bill 🥹
Bill Burr is my Favorite comedian
Chux Diaz good for you
Chux Diaz mine too but his new special was weak for me.
Paul Smith that newest one on Netflix wasn't very good
