Did anyone else notice when "Sk8er Boi" was playing in the background? 🙂 That can only be a good sign when you walk into a video game store and hear that old school music. Reminds me of when I went to Retro City Games and they were playing "In Too Deep" by Sum41. c:

Don't go to Akihabara . Thats where foreign tourists go. So hard offs stores in Akiba have depleted stocks.
Go to hard off store in outkirts of Tokyo
@@marcelanoryadi9110 I’ll go at least once in akihabara, which will lead me to hardoffs there for sure but ima also visit some other stores, I’ll stay there for a month so I’ll have plenty of time !

I wonder how many PSPs in the Junk section have a memory stick in them. Those go for a lot of money alone.
29:20 looks like they cut that bun a little short for the dog.
It could happen especially at a bookoff or hardoff that have too much stuff and dont know what to do with it.

Hey, a very nice shop you found! I´m not that into modding myself, but a GBA would be nice to have as a base to get consolised. The biggest find here I think is The Great Battle IV! Never mind the scruffy sticker, it´s a very good price (although not as good as the 600 yen Do-Re-Mi Fantasy you found).
Consolied Hmm might be a fun mod thank you for the suggestion. Great Battle IV is one id like to pick up i dont think ive ever played that one. And Do-Re-Mi was a wild find for sure hope i can possibly top it in a future episode?

This may be the first video that you visit a Mr Donut, and I happened to have had some chocolate covered donuts from the local donut bakery here.
I see you have joined the dark side. before you know it you will be collecting donuts just like you collect retro video games. muahahaha. Chocolate covered is a great choice by the way
@@ScruffyLookinRGB Indeed they are. My sister is the one who picked up the donuts, for once she didn't just pick some up for herself. Thankfully she knew the kind I go after, chocolate or lemon filled, or bust.

Hi Scruffy, I'm going to Japan soon and wondering if Book Off/Hard-Off stores accept contactless payment like Apple Pay. I prefer not to carry a lot of cash with me.
I think contactless credit cards work but i dont use apple pay myself. There may be some that do but i have also heard some that do not.
Do these junks work? Can you try there if it works or not? Can you return it after you buy if its not working?
Usually they work. No you can not test them out. and no you may not return them if they dont work. That is why they are sold as junk so they are sold as a non working item. But usually they do work. Make sense?

I feel the same. I always prefer the hardoff jingle. The hard off rap is kinda catchy too.
