Depends on the district or as we call them "comunas". A few of the old parts have that look. But not much has survived in general cause Chile is an earthquake country and many have been destroyed over a hundred years. Newer buildings are not as nice looking, but at least most of them will survive strong earthquakes.

Tambien porqué las mañanas en santiago son muy frias y luego por la rarde hace calor asi probablemente lleven un abrigo dentro.
GAM - Centro Cultural por buenas razones, pero, en mi ultima visita se podia tomar fotos adentro con telefono movil pero ! NO con una camera ! La pobre chica no era capaz de explicarme logicamente el porque. Eso pasa muchas veces in museos, centros culturales hasta el Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos. Si un visitante pensara que Chile tiene algo pare eaconder, algo para no mostrarlo al resto del mundo -? quien tiene la culpa ? Este hecho siempre me extranaba y enojaba enormemente. ! Eso no pasa en el resto del continente ! Como dice el pajaraco : !Exijo una explicación !
Santiago de Chile es linda ciudad, pero justamente la noche es donde peor esta parada. No le llega ni a los talones a la noche de Buenos Aires.

No mientan descaradamente. Creo que ningún chileno vive sin conocer a alguien (familiar, amigo conocido) que sufrió por la leyes no escritas, pero conocidas. En mi caso asalto con armas de fuego, secuestro 12 horas, que se resolviócon dinero, cheques y rajetas, No se debe decir cuanto, por recomendación de Fiscalía o Policía no recuerdo.

Debe ser porque hace poco anocheció, lo que se vé El gente saliendo de sus trabajos por eso tanta mochila.. la gente sale pasada las 12 o 1 de la madrugada.
