Very nice easy recipe , I like the way you get straight to the point :-) quick .
Thanks! Its something I have tried to change since my earlier videos. Quick, short and sharp :)
Looks tasty, for sure. I like your spice mixture. Seems like it would make a nice, quick dinner, especially served with couscous.
It honestly took from start to the plate half an hour to throw together one rainy friday afternoon.
Wish you had new videos, thanks for the custard recipe. Very easy.
I'm coming back very soon.
Very nice! Thanks for this, I will be trying these later this week.
Excellent, please let me know how they go!
Cooking4Students Hi, made these as a starter and served with a mint raita.
Very nice, thanks for the recipe.
(ha ha, I WAS going to try the method as outlined by "Nehir Banaz", but my flying pan flew away!)
Thanks dude.
Thank you for watching! Hopefully they were what you were after.
It was funny to watch this as a Turkish person who loves to cook köfte. I think you did a good job. A quick recipe I use is this: I make the köftes half as big as yours and simply cook them on a flying pan. Then I make some tomato sauce with butter, red peppers and tomato puree. I fry little pieces of bread in butter in the same frying pan then I prepare the plate: I line the bottom with bread, put köftes on top, pour the tomato sauce on top of these and put some yogurt to the side. It is my boyfriend's favorite dish and it takes 10 mins to prepare. Looks something like this: img03.blogcu.com/images/e/v/i/evinnesesi/6dadddeea2a512469b8ba84d27250366_1265798763.jpg
You can prepare a kilo of köfte and freeze them raw so it will be quicker. It is also a good way to use day old tough bread.
Is that tzatziki sauce? Looks like they'd be very good with some tzatziki.
Very similar, its greek yoghurt, mint, coriander, garlic and lemon juice. I had no cucumber!
Had it cucumber it'd been tzatziki.
good recipe! what's the sauce?
Tzatziki. Om nom nom.
