Oh man, computers that were specced for Windows Vista Basic were so low spec they were practically the minimum requirements to run Vista and ran so poorly as a result. I imagine Windows 10 as shown here would’ve been even worse.

my installer's/travelling laptop i'm forced to use is built for vista but is running 10
its battery has been dried-up for years
doing anything on it is a painful chore, teams win't even load half the time
now I basically only use it as a "remote terminal" to SSL/VPN and RDP to my work PC (which the work PC is quite nice) and do whatever work I need to do that way
if I need teams it's on my phone LOL

Windows 10 is very slow on computers with 4GB ram, because it eats up 2GB memory for the actual operating system.
