Very helpful
Why am I still not understanding 🤦🏽♀️
Maybe it will help you to practice with real money, or fake money, and count up. If a raffle ticket costs $9.50 and the buyer gives $10.00, they get 50 cents change. If the buyer gives $10.50, they will get $1 change. If the raffle ticket costs $10.50 and the buyer gives y$20.50, they get $10.00 change. I hope that helps.
Im stuck too

Hi! Do you have social media accounts that you could share? Facebook, IG and/or Twitter? Thanks! :)
After 2017 or so, I started putting the links into all my video descriptions. So yes, I think I'm on a lot considering I'm a grandma! I'll make another post with the links.

Either that or just keep a calculator next to the register, it will be much faster.
not trying to be negative but this wasn't helpful at all if anything it was kind of confusing.
The real deal! I'll make some easier versions. Thanks for the input!
JoAnn's School thank you😊
The real deal! A new easier version is uploading right now. "Addition - Making change as a cashier " czcams.com/video/c8G96pkCXbA/video.html
it's crystal clear
Hi
New on there's
wait what the bill was 9.26 and paid 10.00 how did u get 75 thats wrong you should get 74
The person gives you $10.01. The reason they're giving you the penny is because they want three quarters for change.
Because of the penny
I now
Yellow
I’m to stupid 😂
Naw, you probably haven't made learning this a priority. You can achieve anything if you want it enough. 😊
Vvb
hi
You lost me
There's two lessons here. The first one is if the amount of the purchase is $14.70, and the person gives a $20 bill to pay for it, you start at the $14.70 and count up to the $20. You would give them $0.30 so the total is at $15, then you would give them another $5 to go up to the 20 that they gave you.
The second part of this lesson is what to do when people give you extra money. If the bill totals $14 and $0.70 and the person gives you a $20 bill and $0.70, then they took the $0.70 off of what they owed you so now they only owe you $14. So you give them $6 change. People give extra coins because they don't want coins for change. They just want the paper bills. If someone is supposed to pay $15.05, and they give you a $20 bill and $0.05, then you can just give them a $5 bill for change.
I hope that cleared up any confusion if not let me know and I'll still try to help you.
this dose not help ngl
