Quick question, when I go into the selection "Fire TV stick" from My Fire TV...I noticed that in Device Type, it has Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen). We using a 4k stick we recently bought.
Any ideas why that is??

What generation firestick have you got cos I've got the new 4k max 16gb
I have every generation. I believe this was the older 4k max in the video. But I do videos on all models. I have 7 of the 2nd gen 4k max sticks here for reviews and giveaways.

Not confused, I’ve had so many ask me about these features and couldn’t find my old video so I reposted to help people.
Love the Dashboard would not mind having that on a wall display, but I really would like to create my own wake words. I say Alexa in my house and a crowd answers! They have great hearing except when a woman is talking on the TV. The harmonics of a woman's voice makes Alexa hard of hearing.

Which app? It might not have anything to do with your firestick or your network. Very possibly the app. Many IPTVs will buffer. I only use good ones
Do a video on the features of a Fire TV, 4K.
My friend. I have. I have over 300 videos on this channel. Only the last 6-7 months have I been doing the 4k max. Prior to that all the videos on our channel are for the 4k (since 2018). You can go back and watch them all anytime you want.
Sorry, not the 4k max. Just purchased an Amazon 4k TV with built in firestick. Menu is different, ability to use external storage is different. Also, I have probably watched 290 of your 300 videos.
Ohhh, I misunderstood. The fire tv edition. Yes, I have some videos coming on that soon. Most processes are the same as the stick, but there are some advantages of the tv over the stick. Thanks for supporting the channel
Is there a way to mute previews on other apps? Netflix is the one that is totally annoying .

My Fire Stick 4k TV has to be restarted every other day to restore the thumbnails on the homepage. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Seems to happen more often since the last update. Any ideas on how to fix it?
You should be restarting your firestick. The thumbnails is not a normal thing though. Check your connection stability

I have 942 download speed from xfinity and my fire stick using ethernet connection show 91 download. Why is that and how do I fix it. thanks
Firesticks have max 100mbps ethernet . Which is plenty and stable. You have no benefit beyond that for streaming. Only if you are downloading or uploading
