Educational video talking about gratuities, and their impact on servers, bartenders, chefs, and other employees at a restaurant in a format similar to content like Wendover Productions, Not Just Bikes, Johnny Harris, and more.
damn you are so underrated man!! i can’t believe you just have 50k you deserve more :)
I really appreciate that!
My friend make $200 daily in tip for high end steakhouse .she works in little restaurants only $20 to $50 days in tips.
Interesting! That's pretty solid income
Absolutely loved this video!!
Thanks Emily!!
Almost 50k! 🥳🎉
Just hit it! Super exciting! :)
@@benfarryt Literally Awesome 😎👍
Thanks for being a part of it!
In the UK people rarely give tips, I hope this doesn't change.
😮
I feel like I’m Canada it doesn’t make sense to tip because minimum wage is mandatory means someone who works at Walmart or nofrills makes the same as someone who works at a restaurant. Meaning the should all be making enough to live off
Definitely a fair point. Serving jobs just typically make more than those other jobs bc of those tips
Oh damn.
Total BS. The employers expect customers to cover what the employer won't pay. Stop tipping. Pay cash, exact change. No wages=no employees. Problem solved.🤡
How does that solve the problem tho lol? No employees means no business
