I really liked this game. It's criminally underrated, but with the PS2's massive library, it stands to reason that a game like this was left in the dust. I feel that it could have been big alongside classics like Sly Cooper, Ratchet and Clank, Spyro the Dragon, etc. Then again, the PS2 has a lot of third party titles, some good, some bad.
It's a shame when a game with so much potential gets ignored, but that's just the way it works.
Oh my god I feel the same way! I remember I got this game during the summer of when I was pretty young, and I loved it! I wish they made a sequel, and maybe they will make one far into the future. Most likely not, but hey, a boy can dream, right?
I just bought the game recently. It doesn't hold up as much, but its still fun and creative. I wish this got a remaster or something with more content.

This was probably one of my favourite games on ps2. So nostalgic. Definitely deserves a ps4 or even a ps3 remaster.
Oh god, Scaler was voiced by Matthew Mercer? That’s quite a tonal shift from his usual baritone voice, I was expecting James Arnold Taylor.

...I can't stop thinking of not-so-subtle "lizard boy" quips. Matt's a good guy, and I eagerly want to meet him someday, but now that I've connected Scaler to Matt, "lizard boy" sounds weirdly appropriate to describe his early career.

I recently played through this game again, the only thing that made it hard was the unfair enemies and constant barrage of minor bugs and glitches (like the shock attack not freezing or dealing damage, and sliding off platforms)
But hey, it's from 2004, it's forgiven (plus it gave me mad nostalgia)
Lawfitor the rattlecrab dogfight really pissed me off.
Man, I never played this unfortunately, but looking at its similarities of other platform era games. It brings tears to my eyes why we can’t go back to using actual imaginative cartoon like games. I don’t have a problem with Realistic or modern gaming. But I do wish we make room for a comeback to this style. Everything about theses cutscenes, the designs, movements, voice acting. It really felt like it was going somewhere. It’s unfortunate we got nothing else from this concept.
As a kid, I NEVER learned of anything that happened after 23:19. Imagine THAT being the ultimate ending to this game, that's what I thought when I was younger and I FINALLY beat this thing XD
This game was great, but can we all admit that the father/son storyline was a bit predictable and a bit tacky? XD

love this game. this game was always in the back of my mind. i finaly borthered to youtube this sinces its been a long time. i use to own this on xbox back in 2005. good times. the diffcuity was hard but it was fun. i beat the game but did not get ture ending. i wish they would make a remake of this game for switch. xbox series X and ps5 but i don.t think thats gonna happen.

I remember when I got this game when it came out, and I was so excited to play it. I beat it once, and I loved it so much! Mid-way while watching this I had a nostalgia attack. If only third party titles got a lot of attention, like Disgaea for example, maybe they could create more sequels. Too bad they didn't make a sequel, but maybe they can make on in the future? If not, well, hopefully they make a newer version of this game someday. A boy can dream.
I think if we all try to voice this to Behaviour, maybe they'll remaster this game? I doubt they may make a sequal, so a remaster is most likely.
