    what does that little symbol mean in measure 4 that's in between the two F sharps?

      Hello there, thank you for watching the video. That symbol is called a "double sharp." It means that the F is raised twice by a half step, and should have the same sound as a G natural. Have fun practicing!

      PurpleKnight139 Thank you for watching the videos. Please share it with your fellow flute players. I believe you are referring to the triple tonguing passage. DGD DGD DGD usually works well, but at tempi above eighth-note equal 210 you may want to experiment with DGD GDG DGD + GDG DGD GDG.
