    So I found this video. I am in total shock right now and I will explain. I actually saw a hypnotherapist two weeks ago for fear of flying. It didn’t work. The thought of planes still scared the shit out of me and brought me to tears. So in my desperation of trying ANYTHING that would bring relief, I found this video. I listed to it everyday for a week and a half. Honestly, at first, I thought it wasn’t working. The thought of planes made me tremble and sick to my stomach. I told my Husband I don’t think I will be able to get on that plane. We won a few trip to Mexico and here I am, a coward, too afraid to go. I felt like the worst person in the world. The night before my flight I’m a mess! I get zero sleep! I’m a wreck. The drive there was terrible. And then something magical happened. I stepped into the airport and BOOM! I cannot even explain this shit (because this has never happened to me) but I became super calm, happy and mellow. I looked around the airport and thought about how excited I was to go on this trip and I kept thinking how safe planes were. And the key difference is I knew I was going on that plane, without a doubt. (Normally I am crying so bad that people come up and ask me if I am okay, it’s usually THAT bad). But it’s like all of a sudden I can control my negative thoughts and they just don’t affect me. I get on the plane and I just can’t believe the way I feel. The plane starts and I do get a bit nervous. I hold my husband’s hand and my palms werea bit sweaty. But after 20 - 30 minutes, the fear was completely gone. This stuff worked like magic and I still can’t figure out how this is even possible. It’s like my subconscious and I have finally decided to put our past behind us and move forward. Thank you for this video. Truly. I am writing this review in mexico, having the time of my life. Amazing!

      I’ve been listening to this as well. I’m going away in 11 days and I’ve been on planes sooo many countless times. I love seeing the world but I’m PETRIFIED of planes. And I hate being in them. BUT Ativan the pill has completely erased my anxiety while on planes, it’s been my miracle. And listening to this seems to be easing my mind too. It’s crazy how our minds freak us out so hardcore. Planes are literally so safe and designed soooo perfectly, we just need to believe we are safe because we truly are!

Its been 13 years that I dont travel in a plane!I I had a panic attack in a flight to Barcelona, I have lost already 3 voyages in my life! and now! is the moment for I dont have no more panic attacks!     There's a saying in my language that says "depois do medo vem o mundo", which means "after the fear comes the world".
    I have a terrible phobia of hights and I hate flying. Every time I enter on a plane I feel physical pain. I have anxiety, crises of phobia, my blood pression drops, I cry, the take of almost kills me. It's a disaster.
    That being said, I had a flight in July and I spent a few months studying about planes and phobia and how to control my emotions. I saw this video and started listening to it every day for 2/3 weeks before my trip. I even listened on the airport before getting on board.
    And my experience is that it really does help! I was still nervous, of course, but I got to block the voices in my head. I put on a episode of a comfy tv show (Gilmore Girls) during the take of, and when the plane was taking off I still felt all the bad physical emotions, but that's it. I got to look out of the window and actually enjoy the view. I had snacks during the fly, and although I was nervous and kept looking at the clock to know if we were close to land, it wasn't that bad. The flight back home I even got close to take a nap.
    Thank you so much for sharing this. I have to take another flight next month and I'm starting to get terrified, so I came here to listen to this session over and over again. Hope to have the same experience, or even a better one.

    Hello Thomas, I want to thank you for posting this video. I have not flown in 39 years (I was 11 at the time) and I needed to fly yesterday for business and I was extremely nervous about going. Over the prior few days, I watched many clips about conquering one's fear of flying and yours was the one I went with. I listened to it multiple times over the preceding days leading up to my trip and really felt the benefits from your recording. I also listened to it while waiting in the airport and on the plane. I was delighted by how much it calmed my nerves and I was able to do the flight to the destination and the return trip without a problem. I was worried about panic attacks, etc and nothing manifested. In fact, I was able to remove my headphones after takeoff for the return trip and had a very nice conversation with the person beside me. I just want to thank you for helping me to relax and become a "calm person". Great clip and I would recommend it to everyone!

    Hi Thomas, I hadn’t taken a flight for seventeen years and had experienced a lot of traumatic occurrences that made dealing with things like flying much harder than when I was younger. Alongside somatic exercises to release trauma, I did your hypnosis and watched videos about planes and takeoffs and landings. I’m happy to say that I went to New York on spring break and was only really nervous when I sat down for the first time and the plane wasn’t moving. The takeoff was a bit uncomfortable and we had some crazy winds and a delay that would ordinarily have terrified me, but I rode through the discomfort without freaking out. So, thank you very much. Hypnosis really works!!❤❤❤❤

    Genuinely, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was an awfully anxious passenger before I found this... I listened to this every night for two weeks before my flight and managed to keep my eyes open during take off... something so small but personally, a huge step as I had never done it before. That was three years ago. I'm here again now to start listening again before our next holiday in two weeks. This is now ritual for me before any flight.. and in the five trips I've taken since starting with this hypnosis, dare I say, I even enjoy flying now.

    Hi Thomas, thanks so much for making this recording available. For many years I've feared flying. I would feel anxious on flights with every bump making me nervous. On long haul flights from Australia to Europe I couldn't sleep due to my anxiety. Ahead of a recent trip to Europe I decided to try hypnosis. I came across your recording a few days before my departure and because it had so many positive comments I gave it a go. I"m so glad I did. I listened to the recording 3 times before my departure (I would have listened to it more but I ran out of time). When I arrived at the airport I couldn't believe how calm and positive I felt. I felt the same way on the plane. I wasn't anxious at all and I was able to get some sleep on the longest flight. I listened to your recording twice more before returning home. Again, I didn't feel anxious on the plane and I slept on the longest flight despite this flight being very bumpy. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear of flying. It made my trip more enjoyable. I would highly recommend your recording to anyone who has a fear of flying.

    This is really working for me and has reduced my anxiety a lot. Had a 10 hour flight last week and it was the most relaxed I have been in 15 years after a bad experience triggered panic attacks. Will keep on listening and staying positive because I love to travel. Thanks 😃

    Anyone who has a fear of flying. Please give this a try. I have had panic attacks on flights and because of it, I would just drug myself with Xanax, unisom and NyQuil and pray i would fall asleep until the plane landed. For a family medical emergency, I had to make the trip from Los Angeles to asia. In a desperate attempt, I started listening to this every night a week before my trip and it was a godsend. Instead of hearing the usual noise of my internal voice and catastrophic thinking, I would hear this voice saying, “I am a calm and relaxed person. Airplanes are the safest mode of transportation in the world.” It’s like something inside me just switched. I still had moments of fear but it was ephemeral. Thank you so much for this video. It is a life changer.

    This audio is really amazing, I didn’t fly for years because I was afraid to take planes.. I used to drive over 20 hrs and not take a plane .. and this weekend I was able to take a plane and let me tell you I was a little nervous but I listen to it and help me out. I wasn’t scared or had those panic attack I used to get inside the plane I truly recommend it

    I almost never write comments or reviews BUT this really works! I listened to it few times the day before my flight and on my flight day. Also while taking off and landing and let me tell you, it did make a huge difference. My fear didn’t disappear completely or anything like that, but it made 11 hour flight more bearable. I was listening to it during turbulences as well. It calmed me down A LOT. And before, even imagining getting in the plain was terrifying for me. I’m so glad I found this video. Try it!

      do you need to experience being on trance for it to effectively work? or you were just listening to it with eyes closed and still worked??

      @@rebeccanapoles6169the best advice for getting into that trance state is to close your eyes and now you will notice that your mind also has eyes. So try to close your mind’s eyes too. Your eyes will feel a bit heavy. You will start to see a few shapes or patterns or light and may be feel like you’re going in a dark tunnel.

    This really really works... I had been to 4 flights in 7days.. I felt so normal.... If u r a more negative person than to try this once with little faith... It will really work... And try to listen it atleast 3-4 times.. Good Luck...!❤️

    Hi Thomas! I have to admit I was a skeptic, but tried this session for long standing phobia about flying. During the preceding weeks coming up to my flight, I listened to the tape regularly. After a while I noticed that I was actually going into trance, because I found myself not remembering going into trance and then waking up to the counting up stage! Wow! That was just amazing and for me a lay person who'd never been hypnotized before. Mind boggling! I couldn't believe how it affected me at the airport, significantly less anxiety than normal as well as during take off and all other stages, hardly getting aroused and hardly having negative thoughts! It was like a switch was turned off in my brain! I have told numerous people about my experience! You are truly a gift and I am grateful for this experience!

    So I didn’t do my first flight until last year when I was 26 on a fear of flying course (fear of the unknown) and I didn’t love it/didn’t hate it but wasn’t fully comfortable. I went to Edinburgh on Thursday and just got back this eve. I watched this for about two weeks every night before bed. I LOVED my flights, enjoyed the bumps and watched out the window. Thank you so much for this fab video. :)

    I woke up in the middle of the night a week before my flight and started to panic about the flight…I went on CZcams and found the video and I listened to it once and I felt much more calm in the upcoming days! When the time came to fly I was a little nervous about the taking off on each flight (I had to take two planes) but I was wayyy more calm on the flight! I never thought I would believe in hypnosis but I truly believed this video saved me from my panic attacks I usually have on the plane…I traveled with a friend and she told me I was wayyy more calm than I usually am!     Hello Thomas, I have never commented on a CZcams video before, but I wanted to let you know how much this video has helped me. I knew I would be flying this year and I found this video and really liked it because your voice is so calming. I have been listening to this video on and off 1-2 times per week for the last 4-5 months. I haven't flown on a plane for 5 years and on previous trips I have always been terribly anxious before and during flights. This past month we went on vacation by plane and your video helped me tremendously. I have always been really anxious at the airport and was so much calmer this time. I was surprised myself. Granted, both of the flights going to and from my destination were smooth, but I didn't feel the anxiousness I usually feel. I used to always be afraid turbulence would come any second, but I didn't feel that way this time. I was still a little nervous as the plane climbed to cruising altitude, but it was so much better than before. I listened to your video a couple of times during my flight (which was 4 1/2 hours) and it was really calming. I wasn't sure hypnosis worked before this, but I'm a believer now. Thank you so much!!

    i had not been on a plane for 3/4 years due to pandemic but used this around a week before a 4 hour flight away for holiday and was pretty nervous about flying for some reason, anyway i can tell you this 100% worked...soon as i got to the airport i was completely calm and relaxed and actually enjoyed the flight sitting back and watching films, looking out the window on landing etc. used the meditation on the holiday as it generally just mellowed me out, return flight was exacltly the same experience. thank you for making this. it made my year to go away and enjoy the expeirence from start to finish 🎉

    This works! I used this video leading up to a trip a few months ago and I was so calm in the airport. Still a bit nervous taking off but then I was totally fine. Then on the way home from my trip I was absolutely anxiety free during take off and even a very bumpy landing! Just wanted to come back and say thank you Thomas.

    I have no words to describe how grateful I am to this hypnosis. I have listened to it three times before taking off and all the anxiety and fear just disappeared like this. I felt no fear neither anxiety when taking off. I was traumatized by a terrible flight I had experienced but after this hypnosis I feel like I can now fly again being calm and positive without anxiety :) thank you!

    Thanks for your video. I travelled at the age of 34. I am claustrophobic and it was next to impossible to board on a flight. But with this video, i flew from india to canada , a 15 hours flight. It was all smooth

      @@Treliyvan Don't panic. Rather try to enjoy it. I enjoyed being in the flight. I loved the move when it landed. I also enjoyed the turbulence. Make your brain strong to deal with everything.

      I had to take two flights to Vegas and back from NY. Honestly, I had a little anxiety attack just walking through the tarmac on the first flight and had a little one coming back due to turbulence, but not as severe as in the past. It really helped me to relax by replaying everything you said in the recording in my mind during the flights. I'm glad I did it, but turbulence freaks me out. I can't believe I flew on four airplanes after not flying for so many years. I still couldn't relax fully and I'm definitely not cured but will continue to listen as it helps.

    Hi!
    I tried this for a month and it helps me to get past 2 flights (each is 8 hours)
    I am very scared with flight, any turbulence will caused me panic attacks. Being in plane made my heart rate goes all the way up to 140 bpm. But after a month listening this, I feel very relaxed. I can sleep or watching movie. Sometimes long turbulences made me worry, but never panic attack or anxiety. Everytime the buckle seat lamp is off, I feel very comfy and relaxed.
    It feels amazing. Thank you Thomas. You are mu saviour.
    I am waiting for your hypnosis session for health or for recovering from any illness. hopefully you will make it. If I need to pay for it, I will be willingly pay ❤

    Ok. I’m still skeptical but I don’t know what else it could be. I was anxious for 3 days after having a mild panic attack coming back from Florida on a 2 hour flight knowing I was going to be on an 8 hour flight to Italy in 3 days. I listened to this video 3 or 4 times the day before. When I got to the airport and sat down at the bar before I even had my 1st drink I was unbelievably calm and confident. I didn’t have any fear of flying all of a sudden. I found it to be the strangest thing. I’m still in shock. Could this have really been the reason? Either way I’m so thankful.

    I was a complete skeptic but desperate enough to try anything. I had a terrible, crippling phobia so bad that I couldn't even drive past an airport without getting a panic attack. After repeatedly doing this session, I was able to fly for the first time in decades, and consider myself at least 90% cured of all fear. I only had a couple moments of mild anxiety on flights (but in understandable situations, like extreme turbulence). Seriously, if you are like I was, give this a try. You have nothing to lose, and it could change your life the way it did mine. Just be aware that it takes time to work. I started many months before my first flight, and do a refresher (listening once a day again) about a month before I fly again.

Was surprised that I actually shed some tears of emotion during it - I take this as a positive however as also started remembering the things I enjoyed about flying that I had forgotten .     Thanks for this, I'm flying tomorrow and already feel less anxious. On top of that I've been having trouble with my upper arm for several weeks, I'm guessing it was just tension, either that or I can't feel the pain!? During the session I drifted away for a moment and focused on my arm pain... I must have either relaxed so much that the knot released itself or I seem to have inadvertently removed the pain while the session was playing... Literally as soon as it had finished the pain had gone, I'm amazed.
    Hopefully the flight is better tomorrow, I will report back, thank for the best night's sleep in weeks👍

    Ok. I have NEVER been on a plane in my LIFE. So, I will listen to this, because in a couple of months I have a flight and I'm terrified. I'll let you know how it goes! 💗

      @@ahmedsheh8366 I did the same! I watched a few different videos on YT and also this one was really relaxing, so a number of times I simply fell asleep listening to it. I was still nervous but not absolutely panicked like in the past. I am so happy with the progress I made. I also think it will be important for me to find reasons to KEEP flying so that I don't lose any footing on this. So I guesssss for my health I better go on more vacations 😂😂

    Okay so I do not know whether it's really because of these hypnosis sessions BUT I just had the most relaxing flight in a very long time. I suffer from panic attacks and last time on a flight I was so claustrophibic it was horrible! This time panic arose, but so slight that the rest of the flight was even enjoyable!
    I will definitely see how the next flights go, but if this continues I am glad to support your channel - you're seriously a hero :)

    Dear Thomas, I hope you read this message. I am so thankful that I find your channel. I am actually preparing myself for a flight next July. My question, could you please make this version into subliminal version (cricket or rain sound or both???) Honestly nature sound helps me relaxed better, and the background music in this one kinda gives me another anxiety :( It's good to have your voice instructing but I just wish the background is nature, not music. Please consider making that version, as I have been desperately finding other options online, but you're the only one that has lots of nature / subliminal hypnosis collection that Ive found so far. Thank you so much for your work and thank you for reading this message.

    I have panic disorder, and my fear of flying is actually claustrophobia and being away from my comfort zone. I've been listening to a few meditations and fear of flying videos but found yours to be deeply relaxing. I'll let you know how it goes after my flights tomorrow, but I already feel better. If you ever made one specifically for the claustrophobia related to flying, I would be very interested.

      Hey got back from our over 10 hour plane ride to Europe. The flight was good, I wasn't as nervous as I had been before. I made sure I listened each night before I left also. The fight back was a little rough, I'm still not a fan but defiantly not as bad as I was. Thank you so much

    thomas hall, plz revord one 20 minute talk hypnotherapy for OCD & healing ur broken heart after a break up. plzzzzz. u do hv sessions on these but they are either subliminals or binaurals lasting for hours. plz make a soothing session 20 min each on these two, OCD & getting over ex and grief of break up

      @@wildcowgirl77 well I made it, but I was not relaxed. What I have discovered kinda helps me pass the time, is talking to someone, being near the crew or one of the crew members, and actually looking out the window, instead of seeing the aisle and seats, that stresses me out more. During 1 of the flights, a flight attendant got me a seat in the front, sat next to me and spent almost all of the flight with me (except, of course, when he had to do the food cart part). He was so helpful and kind; when there was turbulence (in retrospect, just a bit) and I asked him "what is that?" he went "that is... an airplane. And this is a seat. And that is a window", and at some point "yeah now we' will all stand up and dance", stuff like that,which might seem silly but made me laugh at the moment. So I have to infinitely thank him.

    Hello and thank you for this video. I was wondering if you have any tips on dealing with turbulence on a flight, especially if it’s moderate or heavy. That’s the one thing I struggle with because I have been through destructive earthquakes and the movement of a plane in turbulence reminds me of the earthquake.

      Pretend you have a baby on each knee and bounce the invisible babies one than the other. Do that over and over till the turbulance is over.

      hey- i know this might not be helpful but i used to be deathly afraid of dogs and then my sister got a puppy. It was this tiny little thing and it was so cute. Sure I was afraid at first but she put it in my arms it was a baby and felt like a doll. Im telling you since that day 5 years ago i have become OBSESSED with dogs. I love them so much and i want a million of my own. Everyone makes fun of me know because of how scared I was. Good Luck. I wish everyone wouldnt be scared because the love that dogs give is just amazing.

    I'm flying tomorrow and I'm terrified. Since my horrible plane ride a yr and half ago, I get panic attack everytime I travel. I didn't fly since. But I have to fly to overseas and the flight is 13 hrs. I'm going to listen to this video multiple times before and I really hope this works. If so, I'll share my experience with everyone and share with my panic attack class people!

      Megan Kirby thanks for asking. At first, I started to feel it even before I got on the plane. I felt it by the gate since the airport has so windows. Called my husband and told him maybe i shouldn't go and started to cry. But my therapist said if i avoid once, i would never be able to. So i did. My hearts were pounding and i was terrified. I went in first to make sure I'm ok so maybe if i feel like I'm going to die, I can leave the plane. I started to shake when I got on. I called a flight attendant and told her about how I feel. Then another one came to ask if I want to take next flight with the medicine. I said no... I'll give this a try. So the plane started to take off. When the plane started to move, I started to feel better. All the things I learned in panic attack classes came together and I felt fine. Now, I feel like I can do it all the time. Oh also, I took a small plane to island after that. I felt stuffy but I felt fine after take off as well. After that long ride experience, it definitely became easier in the train and in the airplane. Thank god I went to panic attack classes. It really helped. I dont know how much this recording helped me but it made me feel like I can do this the day before.

      @@melaniejohnson4106 i got my class from Kaiser. It helped a lot. My symptom was getting more severe and this class helped a lot. It made me understand a lot about why I am feeling this way and how to deal with it
