I found your channel in the first days of the COVID shut down and signed up right away for your 30-day morning yoga challenge that began April 1st of 2020. Since that day, I have not missed a single day of 10 minutes of yoga every morning, including through foot surgery (chair yoga) and a fairly light case of COVID late last year. I really appreciate your channel and have found that doing yoga, even just 10 minutes, as you say, every morning, really gives me a wonderful start to every day.
