Escaping full mount isn't easy, especially if your opponent is skilled and has a strong base. Escaping mount requires more than just physical strength, timing and technique come in to play and the way to improve that, is drilling.
Drill this full mount escape as much as possible so that when you find yourself in this position in a real fight or sparring, muscle memory will kick in and you'll escape before any damage is done.

Very easy when you're bigger and stronger...not too easy against someone heavier than you. Poor technique.
