Hi, everyone!!!! I took my exam for the first time today and I PASSED!!!! 🎉 These videos were so helpful! I am an auditory learner so I listened to this series a couple times (few weeks ago and then couple days before the exam)& skimmed over the study guide!! All the positive comments (and helpful tips!) gave me soo much encouragement so thank you to everyone who did that bc it really helped me!!🎉❤🎉

I just took my test and passed! All I did was watch all his videos over and over again until I understood everything and I took practice exams on aba rocks but these videos are for sure why I passed! Thanks so much

Was the test hard? Also was the competency assessment difficult.
Sharifa Brown I did the competency test through the job I was hired with and no it wasn’t. The BCBA that did the competency assessment with me explained each part that was listed on the paper in detail and gave me an example of what each section meant and then tested me on it. And the exam honestly is just like the questions on aba rocks. If you can get all the questions right on aba rocks like their mock exam and practice questions in each section then you’ll definitely pass the exam

Hey everyone!!! I passed my RBT exam on the first try yesterday!!! I studied for 3 days. I watched his videos collectively twice and took practice quizzes on aba rocks. Love your videos!! You get straight to the point, make them fun, and you provide trustworthy knowledge. Thank you!!!❤
Ahhhh when i started at my agency i was overwhelmed and worried I wouldn’t pass. It’s my 3rd and i was like 😵💫. But all these comments have me excited and encouraged again, I’m gonna study my butt off wish me luck 🤞🏾

I passed my rbt exam (first try) tonight! Thank you for your series.
I was very nervous before taking my exam. I studied my notes, flash cards, took sample tests, etc...when I found these videos. I found them informative and helpful, with lots of insight and even humor. I like how things were broken down by section and included hints on what to expect. There’s a lot of terminology to remember and these videos helped so much with that, and gave great examples. When I took the exam, many of the examples given here came to mind. I honestly don’t think I would’ve passed without these videos. Many thanks!!!

@@danishelgonzalez3225 I downloaded quizlet and looked up RBT exam flashcards and that worked well. I also took a few different practice exams online right before the actual exam and that helped. But honestly my main source of study came from watching all of these videos like 5 times over and I was so confident while taking the exam. Good luck, you’ll do great!!!!
I passed my test on my first try all thanks to your videos! This was my main source of study material along with some quizlet sets and online practice exams (from ABA rocks and quizzma). For anyone that is worried about the test, I didn't absorb a lot of material from the 40 hr modules so I was freaking out about what I was going to use to study. I HIGHLY recommend watching these exam review videos and all the videos that he suggests to view. He also created a study guide to go along with these videos! It's linked in the very last video in Part 8.

Momentary Time Sampling Explained More Simplified For those who was confused like me:
Momentary time sampling is when the behavior is occurring at the exact second of the interval.
So if the timer goes off at 5mins you will look and see if the client is actively engaging in the behavior in that exact moment and if they are its a +.
Tools used for momentary time sampling would be a timer or clock.
Examples of behaviors its used for: Being on task

A lot of positive comments and that’s great. Anyone out there that failed the test? I took mine today and failed by 10 points. So disappointed and mad at myself. I used these videos as a study guide but I guess I have to try harder or borrow a brain. Having to pay again to retake the test sucks
